Seems to be an issue with the quantity buttons on WooCommerce in the cart and on the product pages, pressing +/- does nothing. Most recent theme version and most recent WP/WC.

Your support website has another login etc, you can see here I am supported and this is a know issue with the theme atm, has been before too. There are other folks with this issue. Just need a date the fix will be live and a version currently working with WooCommerce, this one is not.

Your help center is not working atm. I logged in, verified, and still cant submit a ticket. Why do we have to use two systems here. I am supported there is an issue others have reported, the +/- buttons dont work on the most recent version of WC, WP and the theme.

Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.
To update Bridge theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update The Bridge WordPress Theme And Bundled Plugins. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. Hi! Thanks for responding. I am updated to VERSION 29.7. Woocommerce latest updates actually gives a warning that the Bridge theme and a number of its pages are no longer compatible with their 7.9.0 release via an in word press warning.

Your site will not accept my purchase code. I’m running out of patience. Here is the notice from woocommerce that states you need to do an update:
“Your theme (Bridge) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.”

This demo doesn’t have single event pages, however, the theme is compatible with the “Timetable Responsive Schedule For WordPress Plugin” which is also included as the bundled plugin with the theme and you can use it to add events. You can also create event pages using the regular page templates and then link “Read More” button to those pages.

The theme custom post types are defined in qode-custom-post-types.php file located in wp-content\plugins\bridge-core\modules. They cannot be adjusted through functions.php located in the theme folder.

HI, I have a question regarding the import of a Bridge demo.
At the moment we have a website built with the Bridge theme. We want to change the layout/design and import a demo. When I import the demo will the current content (= pages) be overridden? Or will those pages still exist next to the content of the demo? I would like to know this as we might need to save textcontent of the current website. I understand that theme settings will certainly change.

We usually recommend installing the theme and importing the demo on a clean installation. You can import it over your existing content, however, then we would recommend you to always make a backup of your existing content as it might happen that your content will get overwritten sometimes.
Also, please note that WPBakery and Elementor page builders are not interchangeable so if you have a WPBakery content we don’t recommend importing an Elementor demo.

I once installed it on my old domains ( but the sites is not available anymore ) because i decide not to renew it.
And now i decide to create a sites with this theme but when i install the installation code it says “Code is already registered for other domain”
How can i revoke the old code installed on my old domains that not available anymore (?)

Thanks for writing in! As you are using a very old theme (the latest version of the theme is 29.7) you can follow the guidance on how to update the theme and its plugins here.
Also have in mind that Envato Toolkit is an outdated plugin. So, now you should use Envato Market and procedure is pretty much the same.
Please, just go to /wp-content/themes/bridge/framework/modules and remove whole folder envatowordpresstoolkit This is deprecated Envato Toolkit plugin that is replaced with Envato Market plugin.
If you are using child theme be aware of the following and the changes that needs to be done, you can read more about it here.
Because in Bridge 18.0 we had to change function names as per Themeforest request in order to meet their new coding standards, and child theme modifications must reflect these changes since 18.0 Bridge release. If you have modified functions via child theme, you’ll have to rename functions in the child theme in order your child theme to work after the update.
