This is the HTML from ONE image out of a masonry gallery. The masonry setting for the thumbnail is: “Masonry 705×705”
What are all these image URLs for? What are all these image sizes which differ completely from the given size?

We didn’t test Enfold with the Tutor LMS plugin therefore we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility.
It looks like you have an Enfold license. Please feel free to test Enfold with the Tutor LMS plugin on a staging site before purchasing a new license for the new site.

Color Sections are full-width only elements and they push the sidebar below them. You can add a Widget Area element into a Column element inside Color Section to display your sidebar elements.

And the most severe: Masonry does NOT LOAD AT ALL
I have this page structure:
1: A masonry gallery
2: Headline (“More image in these blogposts”)
3: A Masonry element to pull posts from my blog
ISSUE: When the gallery shows more than about 30 images …..the masonry Element does not show any posts.
(I worked on this idea the whole day and now it turns out that it was all for nothing)

Column count not respected
What ever i choose in column count for masonry for certain screensizes – it never is respected.
I choose 3 – i get 2 I choose 4 – i get 2 I choose 5 – i get 2 i choose 1 – i get 2
I cannot reproduce this issue either. You may have broken CSS. You can use this website http://csslint.net/ to check if that’s the case.
More Issues with Masonry
Masonry settings not appropriate for tablets
“Show only Title | Show BELOW element | Show ALWAYS”
Result: The white title overlays the whole image
Ipad: about 20cm diagonal in Landscape
Same on Samsung Galaxy with 24cm.
They use the settings of “Desktop” although they are much smaller. And since Enfolds “standard” seems to be “Overlay” instead of “Show alway” you cant see the images. This is really bad and there is now way to make a proper setting for it
This is expected for that caption style as the background color is solid. You can edit your Masonry element, go to Content > Captions > Element Title and Excerpt Styling, and select the Display as centered overlay ( https://i.imgur.com/9p2T3uF.png ) option instead.
This is also bad since on mobile (up to medium screens) all images are covered by the centered overlay.
WHY is there NO option to decide “Overlay on Desktop AND NO overlay on mobile”???
There is so many nonsense and childish gimmicks in your theme but important and useful settings are not.

Enfold seems to be the opposite of mobile friendly or SEO
WHY is the image that has been generated by Enfold 4 times bigger than the original?
Original: 100 KB | 800×533 px
Enfolds 705px Version in Masonry: 390 KB | 705×470 px
No wonder GTmetrix gives the page a desastrous poor F grade.
The only way to “solve” this desaster seems to be to use “No scaling. Use original dimensions.” in the settings but then you wont have a lightbox.
For people interested in that: A lightbox shows the big image in a modal window when you click on a thumbnail.
With Enfold sizes the thumbnails / small previews are so terribly big that it counteracts the idea of using lightboxes.

Hi, I’m unable to upgrade PHP and need to remain on version 7.4. I attempted to resolve an issue by deactivating all the plugins, then changing the PHP version to 8. However, I encountered the same problem. As a next step, I switched to the Twenty Twenty-Three theme, and it worked fine with the current PHP version

Enfold is compatible with PHP 8. If you are using an older version, that could be the issue.

Envato has updated their API and we implemented those changes in Enfold 4.5. Older versions usually require a manual update first.
If you have an API key in Enfold theme options, you can try installing the Envato Market plugin ( https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/ ) and inserting your key in there to see if you’ll receive the update.
If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to manually update the theme ( https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ ).
After that, you can refer to this post https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token to insert in Enfold theme options.

I couldn’t reproduce the issue.
Please go to Enfold theme options > Layout Builder, enable the Show Advanced Options option, and enable the Debug Mode for admins ( https://i.imgur.com/G2kwSYz.png ).
After that, edit your page and copy the shortcode of the Masonry Gallery element and share it with me using Pastebin ( https://pastebin.com/ ).

Hello, my site is quite far back at version 4.4. If we purchase the theme again to get support will we be able to get some download files for previous versions. How I have updated themes previous to this is to jump forward a few versions at a time to ensure the site does not break. I am thinking that we would need to jump to version 4.8 and then version 5.0 and then maybe 5.2 before final jump to current. What I usually do is a manual FTP overwrite of the theme to jump to next version. Is this likely to work or are we too far back. Also would you know what versions of wordpress we should jump to at the same time. We are not as far back in Wordpress as we are in the theme. Would like to know if you concur with this plan to get updated.

Brand new install of Enfold (no plugins yet) and constantly crashing on PHP 8.0, 8.1, and 8.2. I had to roll it back to 7.4 (via PHP selector in CPANEL) as that is the only stable version that works with Enfold. Is there a reason for this? I see others had similar issues and each time the response has been that Enfold works with this version?
