Is elementor the requirement for proper functioning of this theme?
Hello. Thank you for the comment. You do not need Elementor. you can use bakery for shortcodes to create homepages. Widgets are different as elementor has more options, but we only have a few demos created with bakery (homepages created with bakery) .

seems like some pages are written in elementor, so elemntor is needed, your support says that elementor is not supported, so that contradicts what you saying
seems like you created webpages in elementor, but when installed elementor is breaking your setting and your support claiming that it is fault of elementor, sorry but that does not making any sense
Hi. I am not sure what error you have and where you got the message Elementor is not supported. Demos are created with Elementor. Those will need elementor to work. But you can also use Bakery. I sent ticket to the support and they replied that it is my problem because I have elementor installed and it is not supported, so I think you should let people know that elementor will break this theme if they will use it

Support mentioned alignment was broken by changes made in Elementor plugin settings. Those are not related to theme options – but they are usually set manually by clients when trying to change global design. The screenshot shared to you was to help you check the settings made, knowing we cannot know what the purpose of the edit made by you was.

Elementor as editor is a powerful tool. Changes made in Elementor Settings overcome any design from theme as well. You do not need to use Global Elementor Settings either.
The theme demos are created with Elementor, but the settings you changed are not needed.
If you wish to continue using Elementor, let us know what you need to change and we will guide you how until you make the modifications needed.

thank you, but I have not change or edit anything in element, simply installing elementor is breaking up the theme, I am still confuse about availability of pages designed in elementor since it is breaking the theme why are they available?, why dont you say and limit your pages to wpbakery since it is supposedly not causing so. many issues as elementor does, once again I have not change setting or edit any elementor setting, it is as it comes out of box installations with all the defaults

2) How is the seller payout? There is a page where the seller can see his income and make the payment request to the administrator?

1. Admin can put 100% deposit and he will get full payment for booking to be confirmed. Deposit value is set by Admin and applies to all bookings.
2. We do not have payout. If you allow other users to register and add properties, please keep in mind there is no functionality built in the theme to support payments from user to owner or from admin to owner. Only to site admin (who can also be the owner).
3. No, we have not made plans to create a hotel booking theme. But I appreciate the feedback and suggestion. I do not know if this will exists in the theme future.

seems like header in homepage elementor v1 variation is not done in elementor but in wp bakery, there is no way of editing it besides adding title and subtitle and search type, seems no control over text in search entries

Your Demo is broken (and perhaps your theme). If you go to https://paphos.wprentals.org/properties/funchal-bungalow/ and select a begin and end date and number of guests, it fails with a message that reads “Please select the number of guests” even though the number of guests is selected.

Client uses a property management service that keeps up with her bookings at several different sites (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) and exposes APIs that provide all of that information so that it doesn’t need to be added to the WordPress database or managed in two locations.

If the property does not show, but it is published, the search fields you check may not meet the property details. For example, you have guests field, you set compare to equal. You search without selecting guests (means 0 guest), but property has 1 guest. So search results will not include your property. You can change compare to greater instead of equal in this case in Search Form configuration.

A VENDOR system as you describe, that splits payments, is not integrated.
We do not have any feature that would allow admin to pay owners in the theme.

Hi, I have discovered what I think is a bug.
I have it so admin does not have to approve listings, and I also have some mandatory fields which means a listing should only go live once all required fields are complete. BUT I have noticed if a LOGGED OUT user completes property_description_first and does not complete the registration process that partial listing remains live on my site (i.e. it does not set as pending even though mandatory fields are not complete).
I know this is normally a short term event, but if someone wanted to they could flood my page with these incomplete listings.

Hi, The cron is only for listings submitted by users who never finish registration. Users who are logged in and add listings can only delete listings manually from My Properties. The cron name is prefix_wp_estate_delete_orphan_lists and runs daily.
