No, that is not a prebuilt website available to be imported, that is our main Avada showcase page and is not available to general public, however it is certainly built on Avada and hence can be duplicated.

Hello,

i do not want to renew support for this because i think it is a bug:

When i create a button domain.com/form/?option1=cont1&option2=cont2#step-901-3 is changed to: domain.com/form/?option1=cont1&option2=cont2/#_step-901-3

the # is then /#_ and the link does not work.

It is only when i create a avada button with backend-editor. When linking in text-element with RTE then it is OK.

As i did not know that the issue has to do with anchor scrolling i did not look into that section. I looked what options i have when i use the button element.

So i think this could be also the first place users look when they have the same problem. You may can place also a hint there and link to the section of the anchor links.

I am trying to find the Studio element Vertical timeline (but the one with images and years on). I found one but it is very simple and not like the one you can see in Avada studio from the WordPress admin sidebar. When I go to a page and try to add studio elements of a container or column elements the timeline that is available there is completely different.

Where is the original Vertical Timeline?

galerie – I edit TEXT on Front Page and it doesn’t Change. Still says AVADA COLLECTION and default text. I change it and its the same. I don’t see anywhere else to edit it besides LIVE EDITOR

Thank you I fixed it! One last question? I update my site logo with same .png image for all logos. It doesnt load my logo? It must be .svg? I used the same file for all the logos in Avada

Also I noticed a Bug. You cannot update footer image or some images because even though you use high quality png files, the images looks fuzzy and blurry? Why?

Hello i have a license that shows “No staging active.” I recently lost the website that it was registered for. How can i unregister it and use it for another domain. Also i would like to know if you have a template for a forex trading website that would have users able to log in and make deposit and withdrawals.

Google is telling me there is a problem with the theme been responsive. I have not come across this before with your theme. When I look on my phone it looks perfect. I did not change anything on the mobile settings.

Hi – I have an old client come back to me for some updates, so I took the opportunity to update WP version, plugins and Theme as all were quite outdated. I now have the following message pop up and can’t see how to get out of it without disabling the theme in FTP:

‘Avada-Core plugin needs to be updated before your site can exit maintenance mode. Please follow this link to update the plugin.’

When I click the link, it tries to take me to the admin panel that I can’t access as the theme is not working.

However, I want to carry on using Avada. Please advise on the resolution, thanks.

I have purchased over 70 Avada licenses, but the Envato team insists I must contact you, the author. I am rebuilding a site for a client and must transfer the license code from the main domain to the subdirectory, since I am going to replace the old content with the new site. How can I do this?

Also, if your subdomain install is a test/dev installation, you can just name it like dev.site.com or staging.site.com and you can register with the same purchase code. Once the site is complete, you can move it to the main installation/domain without issues.

Hello, I have a license that I bought a long time ago, and I’m not using it on a website anymore. I want to transfer it to the domain that I want to use now. But my support period has expired, can you please help me deactivate that serial number? I really appreciate it!

You should be able to do it yourself from your my.avada.com dashboard in this case, what you need to do is simply log into the dashboard and then reset the license from there yourself further, we have a very detailed guideline here => https://avada.com/documentation/avada-registration-and-licensing-faq/

This isn’t presale as I own the theme but….I am looking to start a new large project. To save me lots of time installing and setting up a test account, does Avada support any type of advanced mobile menu? Every demo has a mega menu that changes to a really simple dropdown in mobile view. For example, can I add a search bar, social icons and a login button to the mobile menu?

First of all, I don’t understand how after buying 25 licenses at a time (more than $1000), you only have 6 months of support, I understand that for a template there is that period but having this amount you would have to manage it in another way manner.

Secondly, I have detected a bug in the consent filed element of the avada forms. If you indicate the options consent type (checkbox), default state (unchecked) and require field (yes), it does not let the user check it (it stays blank by default and cannot be changed).

I hope you can help me with the two questions that I have raised.

Every theme sold via Themeforest requires paid/extended paid support, this was introduced by Envato (not theme authors) in 2015, and it applies to all themes, not just Avada. Also, check to see if you are Grandfathered for Avada support.

Saying that, regardless of the number of licenses you have, make sure they are all registered within your My Avada account here. Doing this ensures that if there is an active support period for any single license, it is applied to your entire support account.

I still don’t understand how without having activated some of these licenses they cut support, as you can understand the projects are not done in 2 days.

Please log into my account and check that there are unactivated licenses

We have been working with avada since 2013, but we cannot take over the licenses that customers buy

If you provide me with an address or a platform, I can send you the oldest license I have.

I hope a solution.

Posts are not showing on tags and categories. Searched everywhere. Turns out it is because of the Avada Builder plugin, after deactivating it, the posts are showing on tags and categories. After activating it, they are gone.
