The theme comes with all needed pre-packed plugins to use the theme as in our live demo previews, yes Udemy option is included as it is part of the LMS Pro plugin (the theme doesn’t include the LMS PRO PLUS plugin). 2. If you will purchase the MasterStudy theme, it is recommended to use the theme with its plugins. As I do not have any information on your actively using theme, I can not guarantee the smooth work of the MasterStudy theme plugins with third-party themes

The theme and LMS plugins are fully compatible with the latest versions of the Elementor plugin. You can utilize the Elementor plugin to edit and manage simple pages and posts. However, please note that courses/lessons cannot be directly managed with Elementor by default. You will only be able to modify the content portion of courses and lessons, as the special LMS Course Builder feature is required for full management and editing of courses and lessons.
To ensure smooth functioning, please refrain from customizing the theme’s default scripts and codes. Additionally, check that your child theme or any third-party plugins you’ve installed are not conflicting with the theme and Elementor plugin, as there are no known restrictions with the latest versions based on our testing

Please kindly make sure that you set LMS pages in the MS LMS > LMS Settings > LMS Pages. Here please make sure that you set User Account page, if pages are not set you can use the Generate pages tool as well. After it, please resave your site permalinks under the WordPress dashboard -> settings -> permalinks section (to post name) and save the changes. It should solve the issue with 404 error page. So now, you will need to check your server limits and please kindly make sure that the server limits are properly set on your site. You can check it under the Master Study > system status section and increase them via contacting your hosting provider team, (if you have lower server limits). It seems that my programmer found out what’s wrong. He upgraded php version to 8.0 and it seems that it is working. We didn’t suspect that the php version was the problem as we previously had version 7.4, and in your documentation is clearly stated that this version is supported. So, if anyone else has the problem, check the php version…
It is hard to detect the main core issue, as the theme works without any restrictions with 7.4. However, if the issue was resolved on your end by updating the PHP to 8 versions, you can use this version. The theme supports 7.4 as well as the theme supports 8 PHP versions. We are really glad that you resolved the case on your own. In addition, please kindly note, that the error notification that you shared provided the path from the caching module, so it’s recommended to re-check caching plugins’ settings as well

There are four payment methods in the LMS by default. While if those won’t satisfy your personal requirments, you can use another payment method, you can simply activate the Woocommerce checkout (LMS settings > general > enable Woocommerce checkout), there won’t be any restrictions with the LMS platform if your wanted payment method supports the Woocommerce plugin. I enabled “Enable WooCommerce Checkout” https://ibb.co/0Jwpvyj in the LMS but when it’s enabled the site keeps loading without showing any content until I disable it again.
That means that you will need to re-check your payment methods settings and options. When custom payment methods configurations are incorrect the site couldn’t be loaded properly due to incorrect settings

I have a problem with the course links. let me explain in more detail when once the user purchases the course and clicks on the start item of the course, the page with the 404 error is displayed. we have tried disabling the permalinks, recreating them, deleting the htaccess file, restarting the server but the problem persists.

According to the difference, The LMS Pro Plus plugin includes additional features like Email Rebranding, and all the new options and features will be included in the LMS Pro Plus plugin in the future.
While the MasterStudy theme includes only the LMS Pro plugin and includes ready demo layouts and some additional plugins, it doesn’t include additional of the LMS Pro Plus plugin, as the LMS Pro Plus plugin can be purchased separately. The MasterStudy theme doesn’t come with the LMS Pro Plus plugin by default.
