Hello, using the h2 tag for the entry title isn’t a good idea because when I start creating a blog of course, I will start using H1 what will happen is the it will show the h2 first before the h1.

I am extremely disappointed with the support provided for Porto theme. It has been incredibly frustrating as this is now the third time our tickets have been deleted without any resolution. We reached out to seek assistance, but instead, our tickets were deleted. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and leaves us feeling frustrated and unheard. We expected better support and assistance from the theme developers. It’s disheartening to feel like we are being taken lightly. Hi, I have detected when I fill the “content Inner top” in the categorie product. This fiels have to be filled with ” – ” between the words. In most cases i don’t have this is not visualizing the referenced page.

That is because you can only put the block slug name in the content inner top field, and the block slug name should be like you used ”-”

Hi, is there a example how to use “selector” for porto modal box? Can’t figure out how to use “selector” with a button. Tried with data-trigger-id, porto-modal-trigger-id but it doesn’t work.

I have a fresh new WP install, ver 6.3, and when I upload the Porto theme and try to install it, I get an css error:

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. We are building a site using Porto and Elementor. We are looking to have a full-screen menu(built using a pop-up) that pauses the scroll while open. Elementor popups come with a toggle to pause scroll and while it stops the act of scrolling, the window is brought to the top of the page which is not our ideal experience. I have also tried adding a block of custom code but have experienced similar results. Any advice is welcome!
