Avada is compatible with WooCommerce plugin, in terms of Big Commerce, we have not officially tested it yet so can not provide any recommendation at the moment, we suggest you to get in touch with the plugin author(s) about compatibility further.

Hey I just downloaded the Avada theme builder but each time I try to add a new time to my Wordpress it tells me ‘the link has been expired’. I have been trying for 2 days but nothing seems working. In the past we also used Avada for our website but we are now building a new one on a local platform. I’m currently using WordPress 6.3. What can I do? Can you please help me with this?

Im having issues with images showing up in weird formatting. For example using the bed and breakfast theme, the 1/2 width columns display all preloaded images perfectly in full width when applying them, however ANY image i upload the content is blurry, and compressed and does not display in full width no matter what settings i change. Can you please help with this.

I want to buy a license and install it on a temporary test domain. After creating the site and presenting it to the Customer, I plan to install it on another domain – on the Customer’s domain. Will I have license problems when I transfer the site from the temporary domain to another domain?

That is perfectly fine. Avada allows unregistering your purchase code so you can re-use it on a new/different installation later on if needed.

Import doesnt work!! I cant import neither prebuilt pages or anything from the avada studio due to bugs! I either get error or nothing shows up. EXTREMELY frustrating, I dont have time for this. We can even create a blog page due to this,

Nothing in red, everything looks fine. It’s clearly a bug in your system and we should NOT have to PAY for support in order to get help when your features are broken! We need to create a blog page ASAP but we’re stuck! Help us PLEASE.

Hi, I purchased 15 licenses. I am re-using some of them again. Every time I put a new website, it is saying that I have already used the codes. How can I clear the codes so I can use them again? I am only currently using 7 licenses. I want to re-use the others but it isn’t working for me.

Hello, in envato market my new support license is listed and valid until February 7, 2024. However, entering the purchase code is not accepted in the Avada support area. Nothing happens after entering the purchase code, also no error message. (ticket no. 3288372)
When I try to submit a item support request, I get the message: You currently have no Avada licenses on your account. In order to use My Avada you must add your licences on the manage licenses page. Your support period has expired. To submit new support tickets, please renew support.

Hello Ammar I do not have access to the email address stored in the AVADA account. It was created in 2019 by a colleague who is no longer with the company.
Can the colleague who can now receive the emails change the account to my email address so I can access support? If so, how and where can he do this? The colleague does not work in Marketing and Design and therefore has no need for access.

This is more a suggestion rather than a question. After using the template for a few years, I came up with the following issue on my current project. I need a different homepage layout for mobile devices. Responsive design is doing the job according to my needs, but quite unefficiently since I have to load all data (posts loop, media etc) for both small and big screens and then hide respectively for different media screens. So my question is if there is another way of setting up different layouts for different media screens (mobiles, tablets, pc’s) which I’m unaware of. If not I would suggest extending the conditions in order to be able to setup differentiated layouts according to media screen.

Avada is actually already responsive in nature and each element will tend to the device resolution on its own, however in cases where a user needs specific layout / content or design on different devices, we have two features called Visibility System as well as Rendering Options, users can utilise both to create very diversified layouts across different devices, you can read more about both of them below.

Respectfully, the Avada Quick Links (admin) bar is part of Avada’s theme and should, therefore, be part of Avada’s documentation.
All we are asking for is a link to the document that explains its use, setup, etc. If you don’t have a document for it, it would be nice to create one.

Thank you for your reply. It provided a good lead as to what could be causing our issue. We had to dig deep to find the culprit.
We determined that the plugin, Perfmatters, was causing the issue. The plugin’s feature, Script Manager, was breaking the files noted below.
