Hi. Recently i imported “bed and breakfast” prebuilt theme. full import. Then all working fine. But if i went to Avada Options page and just click “Save” (even without any change), all breaking. Prebuilt page style, fonts, header style, footer widgets etc, all breaking. If i uninstall and reinstall prebuilt, its fixing. But after i click “Save” in Avada Options, breaks again. Also, there is strange things happened after that issue. Widget setting is gone in Appearances. Before that issue, it was there. Thanks

It appears that on saving the global options your settings are being reset which should definitely not be happening at all, however this will require our team to take a closer look into this further, we suggest you to please open a support ticket with our team including all your website details and we will get back to you further.

Hi there. I got an alert box which I didn’t add below the order button. How can I remove it? I didn’t find it. I use the Stripe payment button.

Please see that you’re on the latest Avada version and if the issue persists, test without the child theme / disable all extra 3rd party plugins to see if one of those is causing this.

To enable Avada Builder for the Events Post type, please see that its checked/ticker under The Avada Builder Settings page. These settings are under the “Options” menu’s dropdown e.g. if you go to WP dashboard -> Avada -> Options page. Then hover over Options at the top, it’ll show a dropdown – from there you can go to the Builder Options as shown below:

Avada is compatible with WooCommerce plugin, in terms of Big Commerce, we have not officially tested it yet so can not provide any recommendation at the moment, we suggest you to get in touch with the plugin author(s) about compatibility further.

Hey I just downloaded the Avada theme builder but each time I try to add a new time to my Wordpress it tells me ‘the link has been expired’. I have been trying for 2 days but nothing seems working. In the past we also used Avada for our website but we are now building a new one on a local platform. I’m currently using WordPress 6.3. What can I do? Can you please help me with this?

Please see that your Max Upload Size for the WordPress install is at least 10MB and that you’re trying to upload the installable WordPress zip file only – not the entire package.

Im having issues with images showing up in weird formatting. For example using the bed and breakfast theme, the 1/2 width columns display all preloaded images perfectly in full width when applying them, however ANY image i upload the content is blurry, and compressed and does not display in full width no matter what settings i change. Can you please help with this.

Hello!!! I just bought a license and the Live Editor is not working! I open a page to edit it and it comes out the loading icon for too long, it doesn’t load.

I want to buy a license and install it on a temporary test domain. After creating the site and presenting it to the Customer, I plan to install it on another domain – on the Customer’s domain. Will I have license problems when I transfer the site from the temporary domain to another domain?

That is perfectly fine. Avada allows unregistering your purchase code so you can re-use it on a new/different installation later on if needed.

Hi, I purchased 15 licenses. I am re-using some of them again. Every time I put a new website, it is saying that I have already used the codes. How can I clear the codes so I can use them again? I am only currently using 7 licenses. I want to re-use the others but it isn’t working for me.

Hello, in envato market my new support license is listed and valid until February 7, 2024. However, entering the purchase code is not accepted in the Avada support area. Nothing happens after entering the purchase code, also no error message. (ticket no. 3288372)

When I try to submit a item support request, I get the message: You currently have no Avada licenses on your account. In order to use My Avada you must add your licences on the manage licenses page. Your support period has expired. To submit new support tickets, please renew support.

Hello Ammar I do not have access to the email address stored in the AVADA account. It was created in 2019 by a colleague who is no longer with the company.

Can the colleague who can now receive the emails change the account to my email address so I can access support? If so, how and where can he do this? The colleague does not work in Marketing and Design and therefore has no need for access.

How can I remove “Coming Soon Page”. I don’t understand why I cannot see the website. I looked every where and I cannot find any support article. How Do I delete or remove coming soon page. Please suggest.

When using a sticky header, is it possible to start the header text white but change to black when you start scrolling and the sticky header appear?

I know this is possible for logos but can’t work it out for text.
