I’ve purchased so many licenses for Avada that I’ve run out of email addresses for logins to use for Support tickets, so I’m hoping someone can answer this question. I pretty much develop exclusively with Avada (Fusion Builder is the best builder, period).

I’m using the Construction demo and it’s working great…except for the Image Carousel. I’ve added URLs to each logo image, but the links aren’t working. When you hover over each logo image you see that there’s a link, but it’s dead stick. I’ve checked the column that contains the widget, but there’s no link. Am I missing something, or is this a bug? Other than that, the carousel works fine.

presale question. How to use avada with buddypress as a marketing agency site where the client could login and then logout, something like that to access to private groups after login and things like that, I could not see a demo like that, any help on this, is this possible or need a custom coding thing to achieve that?

If you mean for account registrations on your WP installations, I believe you’d need to use a 3rd party plugin or custom code for that as that is not really Avada territory.

I have reviewed the link you provided. My theme is registered. My site’s Wordpress dashboard does not show any updates available under HOME > UPDATES. The 6 month support ended sometime ago. When there is a theme update available, I should be able to see it in my Wordpress dashboard (which I don’t see) and I should not be required to renew the support to submit a ticket.

In my current situation, am I able to create a support ticket via my account on https://my.avada.com/, without renewing support? If yes, kindly advise how to go about creating/submitting a ticket.

In order to recieve the automatic update nag, you have to make sure of two things.

1. That your Avada is registered with a valid purchase code.
2. That you have default WP theme such as 2023 installed (not active).

I’m afraid we don’t have an option to block submissions based on words. However you can add a recaptcha or honeypot element (honeypot field when filled by bots/spam etc will help auto reject the form submission as spam)

Hi. I need some additional support. Unfortunately your theme looks nice but is not usable? I cannot simply change the title of a service page. I have asked you previously how to do this and it is still not clear. I am not paying a large some for support again just to do this basic function. Please tell me how I can get the theme to work, it is far too time-consuming and complicated. The titles of the service pages seem to have no way of being changed for each page?

I have found a workaround for this.

Hi,

The Blog element has design settings. And inside there is a setting (Equal Heights). How I achieve this setting in Events element as well (of The Events Calendar plugin). Very often I need to display both elements at the same time on the same page. Each with 3 columns. The Blog looks nice аligned, but the Events – NOT.

That is correct, the events element does not have an equal height options at the moment, however you can use post cards to create a more diverse events section if that is required which does support equal height, another option is to simlpy use custom CSS and force equal height using the min-height property.

One Avada license can only be used for a single domain at a time, however if you plan on changing the domain in future, the license can then be reset and used again, you can read more about how the licensing in Avada works here => https://avada.com/documentation/avada-registration-and-licensing-faq/

Thanks for a great theme. I have multiple licenses and there are a couple of issues that always appear that Id like to bring to your attention:

1) Social icons in the footer keep re appearing after I ahve removed them saved – checked the site and they are gone. All of a sudden the default ones are back again. This occurs across all my sites.

2) Font color override in the text element/title element is ignored. Font size overrride works fine but not color, I have to go back and adjust this in the visual editor – which is fine but annoying if I want white text (then I can see the text in the editor). This is also something I come across often. Thank you

Hello, is there a way that if you have an Avada site, and I buy a new license, can I export specific Avada pages with the styles from one website and import it to the other Avada site?

Hi, Definitely. You can use a good migration plugin for that like Duplicator plugin.

That lets you export the entire site as a single file that you can upload and import with the same plugin on the second site.

Previously, we could change the hover color in the main menu from the menu settings. Currently, I cannot change the background color when hovering over the menu. I’ve been looking for a solution for hours.

Hello I hope everyone is doing well, I have bought the Avada template 5 years ago, when you were promoting that it will be used for three websites that I was generating codes to activate my three websites, after I had some personal and familiar issues I had to stop everything, but when I come back I saw that theme I purchased 5 years ago (which was valid for 3 separated website ) is only valid for one website at a time Now which is not what you were promoting on black Friday Sales back then , anyway I bought a newer license few days earlier and wanted to migrate one of my old website but I had some PHP compatibility issues, so I started everything from zero, Now I have two main issues that I wanted you to help me with, 1- Is it possible to make the cart button display what’s in the cart and show the number of items as in older version of Avada Woocommerce modern shop template ? if yes could you explain how or share a resource. 2- with the secondary top menu N*(501), I set the background-color to white, which it shows perfectly good on Avada builder, but when I visit the pages the background color is transparent, I made a newer layout with that menu for the second time but, unfortunately, when the web page is uploading it shows the background in white but when the page is done rendering the full page it is shown with transparent background.

1) A single Avada license has always been valid for a single site. This has been the license policy ever since Avada has been sold on ThemeForest and there has never been any change to it. What has changed is the way the theme now registers (using the purchase code)

The Events Calendar doesn’t work as expected. So it is overlaying by the footer. Tried multiple versions, but without success.

I have loaded the Avada theme to update my theme and that worked fine. But when I go to switch to another website template it gives me this error:

Yes, the latest version of Avada is always compatible with the latest WP version so you can update without any issues. As with any software updates, we do recommend making a complete backup as a precaution though.
