Hello there,
we are using Avada on one of our websites, and one of the elements, User Register, suddenly stopped working. We had set it to redirect the user after successful registration, but this doesn’t work anymore, nor is a new user created. The page simply reloads as if nothing happened.
We are unsure of when this might have happened; we also checked our logs but nothing shows up.
Have there been any changes to the element in recent updates? Is it working properly on your end? Could there be something that you are aware of that might be causing the issue?

The issue occurs on a live website so it’s a bit tricky to deactivate the child theme, but we’ll look into it.

Our Avada support ended 2 years ago. We have a serious bug that needs to be fixed now. I have tried to purchase new support, but when I click on renew support, I only get the option to buy a new Avada license. I don’t want a license though and just need to purchase support again. 1. Depends on how those ads are needed to be placed, Avada like any other WP theme does not interfere with the content, you can add content anywhere you want be it ads or any other.
2. This is an option already available in most browsers, however there is no specific text to speech element if that is what you are looking for, doing that will require you to create a custom button or look for a plugin that can provide such feature, however in terms of WCAG, Avada is compatible with it and you can read all about it here => https://avada.com/documentation/accessibility/
3. Avada has a performance wizard of its own which you can use to optimise the website depending on how many resources, elements and features you are currently using, also we have our own CSS and JS compilers for optimised delivery of resources, however using a cache plugin is always recommended to give it a further boost, more about this can be read here => https://avada.com/documentation/avada-optimization-guide/
4. Definitely you can, using our inbuilt element and also global options.
5. This is more of SEO setup, Avada has no control over it and its done by Google SERP itself, however Avada has its own OG tags and is also compatible with Yoast SEO for any advanced SEO needs.

Hi, the avada form is a great feature. But, besides getting the from content trough e-mail I do not find where the content is stored in wordpress backend to have a overview or to export all data to excel how I can to with wpforms. (which I want to replace with avada forms)

You can go to WP dashboard -> Avada -> From page and if any of your Avada Forms is set to save entries to the database and has saved entries – you will see a ‘view entries’ link in front of that form name. You will be able to export the entries for that page as well.

Hi Ammar, thank you. I did not know that I have to recheck the form example files for field names. It did still not work and after a very long research I finally found the place where to ‘save in database’. A very hidden place. Now it works all and fine.
I am happy that Avada is going this way to integrate a own form in the theme. And I hope more that this will go beyond the basics (a bit more then CF7). For my actual project I am sorry that I need to say that I still need to use WPForms, the forms of Avada are too limited (no multiple pages, no summary page, less settings and entry control, no multiple upload files in 1 form only). But I hope thas this input for your devs could increase functionality. If a day you have all functions of WPForms Pro, this day I will buy my 7th licence of Avada, also just to have the better forms. Thank you for the help .

I’ve purchased so many licenses for Avada that I’ve run out of email addresses for logins to use for Support tickets, so I’m hoping someone can answer this question. I pretty much develop exclusively with Avada (Fusion Builder is the best builder, period).
I’m using the Construction demo and it’s working great…except for the Image Carousel. I’ve added URLs to each logo image, but the links aren’t working. When you hover over each logo image you see that there’s a link, but it’s dead stick. I’ve checked the column that contains the widget, but there’s no link. Am I missing something, or is this a bug? Other than that, the carousel works fine.

How to use avada with buddypress as a marketing agency site where the client could login and then logout, something like that to access to private groups after login and things like that, I could not see a demo like that, any help on this, is this possible or need a custom coding thing to achieve that?

If you mean for account registrations on your WP installations, I believe you’d need to use a 3rd party plugin or custom code for that as that is not really Avada territory.
