I don’t want to play since last frame played. I can see this settings but what I want is to have the poster back after playing the video. It can be done in “Posts” module but I can’t find how to do this with single media.
Another thing wich can be interesting is to have the poster image when press pause. Regards.

Hello, I’ve wrote you an email asking you to please release the licence so i can use it again since i haven’t use it since 2021… I’ve got an answer telling me that the licence it’s for one project at the time but when i bought the theme the terms and agreement didn’t said that i had to buy another licence if i deleted that project and start a new one. That’s why i’ve asked to release the licence from the other domain names since they no longer exist. I’m not planning of using my licence on multiple projects at the same time but only on a single project. I’ve noticed that now you’re blocking clients that no longer have active support from writing comments…what is this all about ? I had to create another account just so i can write a comment ? Hi! Where you see that we don’t allow users with expired support to write a public message? This wall is managed by Envato and as you can see all user (both with valid both with expired support) can write a message as you did. Anyway, you are wrong, even if a License is not in use you cannot use again for a new project, in fact, according to the Envato License Terms, it’s not possible to use one of the Standard Licenses on multiple clients or jobs. In a nutshell, 1 license = 1 domain. Once that domain is no longer required, the License ends when that site is taken down. A user cannot then ask for this License to be reset so it can be used on a new venture. In a few words, this license is associated with the domain which was registered, and in this domain only it can be used if necessary whenever you want. Please note that these terms do not apply only to Uncode but to all themes available on the Envato Market. No, it’s not a bug, but you’re right, SVG are not treated as regular images in several since they have a different markup, so their output can also be different from JPGs, PNGs etc, and wrapping them in a link can cause some layout issues. We’re working on a possible solution to enable links on SVG through a filter, but we’re still in alpha, sorry. For now, I can only recommend using PNGs. Best

Hi Bryant_Design! There is certainly no Uncode feature that does this because it’s a WordPress default, you can try searching online I see there are various tricks suggested, it seems to me there are also some free plugins you could try.

Hello, I’ve been using Uncode for a while now, but after your latest update the Secondary Featured image no longer works as it did and our existing masonry module is not usable anymore. And I cannot find any new usage instructions. Is a fix coming or should I consider a different layout? Hello, I was wondering – Is there any control on how many categories/sub-category are shown when using the post modules for products? Can we show only the subcategory of the product? I ask because now when I use the category element I get both the category and sub-category on same lime. Sometimes they get reversed (don’t know exactlly why). I mean the category badge that is used on the product/post module. I look in the documentation or inside the hooks page but I didn’t see anything about this. If this is a custom thing just let me know. Thank you for your time.

Ok, so I’m talking about a grid generated using the Posts Module. I select the Category Element to be used on top of the Products. I’m looking over all the demos and I cannot find a shop with this option used. But It’s the same as the blog here – https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/blog-masonry/. How to add a slider at the top of a post.
I thought I found it adding the content block to the top of the post but it’s not working now. It did before on earlier posts.
Hi ChecMark! It’s really not easy to understand without access also because Smart Slider 3 is not one of our plugins. Having the link to your page has little help because in case a screenshot of the backend would have been more important. Anyway, I think this plugin gives you a shortcode. You can then use this shortcode in a text form and the plugin should print the slider.

Private support can only be offered through Help Center, otherwise Envato’s Policy of support expiration would be meaningless and all users with expired support would demand free support at this point.
I understand completely. I paid for my multisite license for divi and that includes great support, but there is also an outstanding community that offers free support. I’ve had this personal site for twenty years and used various themes, Avada prior to this one, but then they suddenly wanted eighty bucks a year for each of my seventeen sites, so that ended that.

I bought Uncode some time ago (and love it), but i have a little problem.
How can I filter a Portfolio wireframe, so it only show one specific category of portfolio items?
I already added a tag/category to the portfolios that needs to be shown in the wireframe, but it shows all portfolio items created.

Hi mojojojo360! From what we can see your support period is expired. When you buy a theme on Envato Market you have 6 or 12 months of support included. After this period your support expires and you can no longer access private support services and in case you have to renew it.
