Working on getting Kalles theme setup for a client before going live. Is there a way to increase the height of the background image that shows in the Page Heading block on the Category Display pages? I see that there is the Padding Space option and Margin Space option but they max out at 100px each. Please advise best practices for expanding the height of these images so that we can feature examples of our products here.

I downloaded the theme and uploaded to the store. In changelog you have 4.2.1 but in shopify showing 4.2.0.

I am not bothering about this.

On password page when click on enter password it show only overlay nothing else

Without any update on the theme side, suddenly the menu is not showing properly. It shows properly working on customization page but not showing properly in the frontend site. can you please fix this issue. it is very bad. developer said it’s theme’s issue.

There used to be (Kalles 3.0) arrow in the Menu items that have childs so that customer can understand that a list will open when he/she hovers on the menu item. I updated to Kalles 4.0 and arrows in the menu seem to be removed. Can I add them again?

The dropdown menu items are not loading in desktop and keeps on loading. In mobile it’s loading fine! I have already disabled the lazy loading menu options but it’s still keeps on loading.

That license key has been invalidated, due to being active domain

I fixed it according to the guideline and fixed the problem of tab collection and dropdown menu, but the problem of ‘Shop by category’ is not fixed. The version is Kalles 3.1.0.

Being a newbee in shopify I was wondering if a paid EComposer plan is needed for the demo’s? I see I can get a partner plan for free for 6 months. What happens after that, will I still be able to customize the demo’s all the way?

Hi there, EComposer app is a recommendation if you want to build the theme by drag & drop element, and have more features from the app. It is not mandatory. You totally can use the theme demo without EComposer. After 6 months end, your plan will be auto moved to EComposer Free plan. In this case you may need to unpublish some of your pages until it meet the Free plan limit. (Free plan allow 3 published templates). For EComposer built-in extensions (which only support in paid plans) that you used during Theme partner plan, they will not stop working but unable to configure in Free plan. You can also choose to upgrade to any EComposer paid plan to keep using the paid features. (Please notice that we’ll never auto charge/upgrade you unless you approve it.) Hello, When we purchased the theme, it was version 2.7.2. We want to upgrade to the latest version (4.x). How do we do it? Is there a cost associated with it? Also, our site is currently running on Shopify using Kalles v 2.7.2, so will I have to make major updates if moving to v4.x?
