If I clicked on the “Search Form Over Image / Video on Homepage”, I should be see “+ Add Media” button. This does not happen immediately. I have to wait for about 1 min for the “+ Add media” button to appear. Alternatively, I have to use my mouse/keyboard to zoom in a few time and zoom back to normal for the “+Add media” button appear. The detail, based on selection, on “What to Display Below Header on Home Page?” does not happen immediately. Please note that I had already installed your “media.php” to address worldpress 6.3 bug.

You did not read my comment properly. I had already mentioned that media bug had been patched! There are 8 options in “What to display below header on Home Page?”. I have to wait for 1 min for each of these options. If I clicked all 8 different options, I have to wait for 1 min x 8 times.

Hello, I would like to know if this theme has the function that when you search in a location and when you finish seeing all the options for the place you get a message similar to: “We found 5 more rentals matching your search near Van Wert, OH” and then those 5 extra options appear, is it possible? thank you so much

There is bug in Adding Property. When I tried uploading photo into the gallery image, there is no “Add Media” buttons as shown in your documentation. Please look into this!

Hi, my support expired.
It stated that when add a new page for “Properties List”, there should be various templates for choosing. However, this is not the case.
At the side setting, there is NO TEMPLATE under Page Attributes although there is “Parent Page”. What your documentation stated is not correct! There is no template here.
However, after selecting “Header” tab(at the left), there is a template for custom header.
The actual template listed in the dropdown box is Default Default kit Modern-Home Default kit
It is not what you had stated in your documentation!

Error in your documentation.
https://realhomes.io/documentation/slider-revolution/it was stated that— “Once the slider is imported then set it in the Customizer Settings (Dashboard → RealHomes → Customize Settings → Home Page → Slider Area → What to Display Below Header on Home Page ? and set this option as Slider Based on Revolution Slider Plugin and set Revolution Slider Alias as realhomes.”
There is no Slider Area inside the Home Page However, there is a slider area, but it has to do with coloring.
The actual Slider Area is found under
Dashboard > Pages -> “Home – Front Page, Elementor”> Slider Area

Hello, today I’ve discovered that the “Add+ media” button in property image gallery section is disappeared as well as all thumbs. Is there a solution? Since several years it’s the first time I’m encountering such a problem.
Just to add an additional information: recently I’ve installed Vacation Rentals plugin, never used and removed few days later.

Hi, I have a question. In the add property option. When entering Gallery images for the thumbnail slider on top. How is it done? in my site.. since some update, the gallery section doesn’t have a place to add the images. It just says “there has to be two images…” and then below that it asks to use custom gallery.. but other than that, the image upload space has disappeared… Any idea if that’s something new that has happened? Great thanks! This seemed to fix the gallery upload probelm. However I noticed that in the property detail page, the gallery on top is being replaced by the featured image. Is that also a bug that needs fixing? Thanks 
Yes so I double checked, after applying the fix, when creating the new peoperty. Instead of the gallery images, the single property slider is now a single photo of the featured image.. however it doesn’t affect any of the existing pages. They show the gallery as it was before.. wondering if there’s a fix for that?
I figured out this issue. So when the gallery has only 1 image, it’s the featured image that shows up on the gallery location on the single property page. But when you use multiple images, the actually gallery format appears on the single property. (This is after applying the fix you sent)

Sorry for the inconvenience this problem may have caused. Kindly navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Permalinks and save the settings twice so the internal link structure of WordPress is updated. Sometimes, it is required to resolve the 404 issues for Custom Post Types.

Hi do I need to roll back to a previous WP version as this isn’t working. I uploaded and replaced the file and still have an issue. My WP version currently is 6.3.1

This would work as it is tested by us and lots of clients have already updated the file to resolve the issue.
Anyways, if you like to roll back to previous WordPress version, you can use the WP Downgrade | Specific Core Version plugin to downgrade to WordPress 6.2.2.
