Hi team, I bought 3 licenses for 3 different e-commerce. I closed one and open a new e-commerce. I wanted to use the Avon theme license I bought and used for the shops I closed with the new one I just open. However, it seems not possible. I found this funny that I bought a license but I cannot use the product. Since the shop on which the theme was used is closed, the license will only be used for one shop and one purpose but I need someone to unlock the license. I can easily prove that the domain was closed. thanks to help. Also it seems extremely difficult to contact the support. thanks

Our theme as no option to show variants as separate products. But we can do this by customize code with minimal charges.

Hello. I currently have an older version of this theme that I am very happy with. I am thinking about purchasing the new theme only for 1 reason. I need the ability to sell gift cards for my shop and the purchaser of the gift card be able to send to a recipient of their choice at checkout. This is something that is available on the free new version of Dawn theme but not most older themes, see https://changelog.shopify.com/posts/send-gift-cards-directly-to-the-recipient-and-include-a-message. It’s something that Shopify has finally included in the checkout process but a theme has to support it. Does the new version of this theme support this? I am hoping I don’t have to down-grade to the Dawn theme just to get this feature. Thank you.

Hello, everybody! I’ve noticed an issue, which might only exist in the demo, regarding the display and selection of color variants. On the collection page, I see different items, and one item displays six colors. When I select a color, the main picture changes to reflect my choice, which is great. However, there are two problems: First, when I move the mouse over the main picture (which already shows the picked color), it reverts to the default color. Can this be changed? Second, and more importantly, when I click ‘Quick Checkout,’ the default color is selected in the ‘quick checkout’ window, requiring me to select my desired color again. Is it possible to have the ‘quick checkout’ window display the previously chosen color to avoid reselecting it?

Hi, I sent two e-mails in the last few days and I still haven’t received any reply.

I can’t create ticket there cuz support expired. So I bought 3 licenses, and 2 of them can’t be use because you don’t respond to email (support@adornthemes.com) and locked that licenses on old websites that are removed from Shopify.

We replied to all email received on support@adornthemes.com. Share your store url those are no longer working. I will check it.

Last e-mail sent was on 19.1.2024 and still no answear. Also, we can’t log in with envato account to support platform and create a new account but can’t add any of the 3 licenses because is registered to the old account connected through envato.

Hello. I have a old version of Avone theme installed back in 2019 I think (1.3). If I purchase the theme again (I don’t have the purchase proof anymore) and update my theme to the latest version, will I lose my products/ collections/ data already on my Shopify page? Thank you.

You will not lost products/ collections/ or any other data from admin side. You just need to install new version theme and setup again like fresh theme.

Hello my support has just expired but I am having trouble getting my slideshow to fit on all screens. Is there a way to make the slideshow responsive to whatever screen it’s being viewed on? There is a lot of cutoff on phone and larger screens.

You should use “Image Slideshow” section instead of default slideshow. Images will not cut from any sides and resize as per screen size in image slideshow section.

After the 2.0 update the theme has some issues:

1. When customising the store, changing the grid type won’t have any effect, no matter which one you choose. It’s stuck to one style 2. Enabling catalog mode will NOT hide all “Add to cart” buttons. The ones in the collection page (grid) are still be displayed, allowing visitors to get to checkout. 3. Clicking the order number in customer’s account won’t open anything. You can’t see details about the past orders. 4. Newsletter form in the footer won’t do anything. No email saved, no confirmation received.

I wonder if it’s only for me or anyone else experienced this.

Love this theme – its so versatile. One thing im having trouble with is how to use the default shopify customer/email functionality for the newsletter instead of the inbuilt mailchimp functionality. Ive raised a support ticket…will update here so others can learn

You just need to remove mailchim form URL from filed option give in newsletter settings to active shopify default form on your store.

Thank you team! I did that and I received an answer saying I should make a support ticket. Unfortunately I seem to be unable to log into my account with the email address that I use because that email address is not being recognized. When I checked my email details I see that I did use the correct one. Without my login details I cannot make a support ticket. Is it possible add on the homepage a slider with brand’s logos where each brand is clickable with redirect to the brand’s collection? We have 9-10 brands so could be enough create a slider with shopify where each brand is clickable

Hi, today is going to be the end of my 7th day. I’m trying to login into support to book a ticket for a refund. But for 2 days, I’ve been receiving an error every time I try to register for a support account. I’ve tried changing browsers and I’ve tried using mobile.
