PHP 8.0 is not working with the most recent version of the Theme

Avada is fully compatible with PHP 8.0. Please see that the issue is not due to a 3rd party plugin not being compatible with PHP 8.

Please, help to transfer license. Just unregistered on one website, but still not able to register on another (error – “The purchase code is already being used on another domain”.) The old site has changed domain name to subdomain (as the main domain expired). Thank you!

Hi I had a problem with the install, I registered the theme but then I deleted it afterward and went to reinstall and its saying the product code is already used. Does this mean I will have to purchase it again?

Currently there isn’t fully support for the Events Post type in our Layout Builder so the options you see for events are a bit limited. For the Event Venue we don’t have a dynamic fetching option yet I’m afraid.

We will have to get more context on this query to provide a better response, when it comes to ecommerce, Avada is compatible with WooCommerce plugin and many of its extensions so you will probably need to direct this question towards WooCommerce and they should be able to provide you with a better response, if however the SaaS you are using is going to take care of that, Avada simply works like any other WordPress theme in terms of page creation.

I will be working as a reseller of an Ai Plugin and Script. The developer team of the plugin will provide after login Dashboard for Subscription users, which will be hosted on their server.
I mainly need a landing page, blog pages, Pricing page. Clicking on the subscription page should direct the users to the login/signup pages/checkout pages. Payment gateways are created by them, I just need to fill my Stripe and PayPal Ids there.
However, for onetime or lifetime deals, they are not providing anything.
Thus I need to create a page for this purpose and get the payment with the same gateway.
In addition the users should be able to download the file upon checkout for Lifetime deals.
Please guide the best possible way to setup this with your theme.

You can explore some of the WooCommerce Addons for this. They have options for subscriptions. For the one-time purchase option, that is no different than buying a physical product or one time digital product via WooCommerce so that should be possible with WooCommerce.
But like Ammar mentioned above, these are WooCommerce specific queries, you can check with their support team for more clarity. Avada itself is fully compatible with WooCommerce.

Hey there, I’d just like to add a recommendation. I’m a fan of this theme and purchased it a couple a times. I normally use the format ’ blog archive layout’ and ‘layout blog’ for archives and such. However I would like to have the related images to be square instead of the default value set by Avada. In general I would like to have 1:1 format for related images but sadly I cannot set the dimensions in this theme. Would it be possible to add this to a new update? Thank you.

You can achieve that by using our Post Card element for the blog posts and use Image element within the post card with the aspect ratio setting set to ‘1:1’.

The only problem is that I cannot change the hover color in the template of the buttons used in this template. I can’t figure out where it is supposed to be. Could you help me out? Im using v7.11.3 and the icon is updated in Avada Social links widget. But in Avada Global Options => Social Media => Social Media Icons you cant select new X twitter icon , only you can select old icon (font awesome) and in my case is important because in header im using that, do you understand me? It isnt a cache problem

A prebuilt websites what it is, a prebuilt ready to use site which comes with everything that you see in the demo, however you will definitely be able to change this accordingly without any issues as per your own requirements once it’s imported.

When you import the demo, yes that is the whole purpose of the prebuilt website, but that does not mean you can not change them at all, the element styles can be changed as per your requirement.

Hi. For some reason widgets are not showing under the Appearance menu and when I go to Live Builder at click the footer area I get the following message:
“The theme you are currently using is not widget-aware, meaning that it has no sidebars that you are able to change. For information on making your theme widget-aware, please follow these instructions.”
I’ve done some testing and it seems to be the Avada Builder plugin that stops the Widgets showing in the menu. I’ve deactivated all plugins off and activated the WP 2021 theme and the Widgets menu option is showing. As soon as I activate Avada Builder the Widgets menu option disappear.
And as soon as I re-activate the Avada theme.

when i choose alignment “stretch” and content alignment “flex start” for all columns in the container my content add extra space between . . i iexpect it should align itself from start of column. can u please guide how to make content aalign itself from top and leave extra space in footer of column

Hi. I’m trying to change the fonts on my website to the Google Font “Bevan” and I’ve changed the Global Options / Heading Typography and saved those settings but they are not reflected on the live website. I’ve not had this issue when using this theme before. Has something changed? Many thanks.
I’ve noticed the fonts only seem to change when in Live Builder but as soon as I save and switch back, the fonts change back.
I can’t even reset all the theme settings?
I’ve done a full clean install, which seems to have resolved this font issue. Fingers crossed…

My support has expired although I’ve been using Avada for a while now and I’ve recently updated the theme to the most up to date version. I have one problem, why does my icons not display? It just doesn’t pick up even after install from iconmoon. All my icons are there but when I choose them from the icon menu drop down it displays my icons as a block for all of them. Please help?
