I have 11 licenses. Today suddenly all the sites that have this theme have gone very slow. Now I am sure of this because I disabled other 3rd party plugins and it still was behaving in the same way and most importantly it was with all 11 sites. Anything wrong? Is there a patch coming?

Hey, wanted to report a bug with your theme that has been around for a while.
Here goes: Every time your theme is updated, the Custom Icons that we’re using on both our 404 and Search pages simply disappear (i.e., they no longer appear on these pages).
To fix the issue, we always have to re-enter the name of the affected custom icons into the Avada theme files named 404.php and search.php. Since this is a theme bug, a support ticket is not being submitted. This bug affects all theme users.

Fix appreciated. Please make sure your code (affecting both the 404.php and search.php files) is updated to allow the carry-over of custom icons every time your theme is updated.

It is not recommended to edit the theme’s core files. With every updated these files get replaced with the new copies added by the theme. If you do want to have such a setup, you can simply make use of the layout builder to do this and use any custom icons as needed (mentioned in our documentation here)

Hi Shaminder. Thank you for your advice. We’re fully aware of the implications of modifying core files. As stated before, there’s a bug with Avada and it needs to be fixed.
“Just because the shoe lace is broken, doesn’t mean we have to buy a new pair of shoes.” Meaning, there’s no need to build a new layout to fix the reported bug.
Have you guys performed your own tesing using your own files to validate our finding? To replicate our issue, perform the following steps:
1. Create a set of custom icons.
2. Add one or two of the custom icons created in 1. above to your 404.php and search.php files (add them as new or replace any standard fontawesome icons with custom icons).
3. Update Avada to the next revision level. Note: Patches do not affect this issue.
4. Perform a URL search such that the 404 or “Oops” page will show up on the screen.
5. You will notice the custom icons are not present. They have been wiped out.
As stated before (agreed to with Abbas), we’ll send our info next week.

Hi, I see in Avada website builder there are 95 prebuilt websites templates. Can I use these templates for multiple websites or I can use just one website template if I purchase the website builder.

You can choose to use any of the prebuilt websites at any time. However, remember that according to Envato’s licensing terms and conditions, you need a license per top-level domain install.

Hello, I changed a new domain for my website. The Avada theme purchase code shows that it has been used. I saw that it can be changed through https://my.avada.com/licenses/ in the support comments, but I can’t open it. Web page, are there any other solutions?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Currently not on any domain, we had an old domain that let expired but going to use the theme we are unable to login for support (reset password but can’t login). When going to activate it shows another domain is being used, that is wrong and need this updated so we can use the theme that was paid for. Thank you, again login is not working so not sure how to reach out unless I post a comment. To confirm this has been paid but not in use where we would like to use this theme for project.

1. I am afraid there is no possibility to check the backend admin demo for Avada right now, same goes for every WordPress theme sold here on ThemeForest.
2. We use WooCommerce for the ecommerce integration so you should be able to further see what payment gateways they offer for any specific region.
3. Yes, that is doable as we do support custom fonts as well as Google Fonts.

I have a license and is registred, but when I try to update my avada theme, I get this error: No purchase code was provided.

I remove a old domain on avada license and works, but now, after update, when I try to edit some page, don’t appers the editors panels

Hi ! I have problems with the reCaptcha, I have registered and put the key ods, but it’s not working. I see in the Avada documentation that it is needed to add a reCaptcha element in the form, but although i hace the latest version of Avada, my form elements available are way less than what it appears in the documentation. i have been reported by clients all the spam they are receiving because of this. I have an other project going on but i am not sure if using avada because of this

When you say recaptcha is not working, do you get an error message on the page?
If you do have the recaptcha added on the form and you are still receiving submissions, that will be normal if the forms are being submitted by humans. Recaptcha will take care of bots/scripts but if someone is manually going to the page and filling up the form with ads/spam, then it won’t be able to stop that.

Avada problem with Google AdSense. After updating the theme ads were showing for some time but after some time the ads are not showing anymore.
NOTE: Other themes are working with Google AdSense Ads. Google AdSense ads are displayed when other theme is activated. Google AdSense ads are not displayed when Avada theme is activated.
