I cannot import any templates. It always said “Problem. Retry, please!”

I have updated the theme – now when the customer adds a product to the cart, the mini cart shows a pop-up with the pic of the product added. The image is too big. How do I disable this feature?

Ever since I updated the theme on my test site, a pop-up window titled “Welcome to the Shopkeeper Dashboard!” appears in my admin area.

No matter what I do, I can’t seem to get rid of it, and it shows up on every page of my admin panel.

It’s very disruptive and prevents me from working.

Love the work, devs! For the people who want to update WP Bakery, you need to go to Shopkeeper -> Plugins -> There you will find a list of precompiled plugins in shopkeeper. Just hit update and you’re good to go.

On the product page: the search icon is not working to activate the popup search bar. I’ve tried 2 browsers, looked for active popup blockers and the problem persists. The search bar appears on other pages, but not a product page.

- I have the envato plugin installed and connected - When I check Apparence > Install plugins, “Kits, Templates and Patterns” is only displaying - When i go to Apparence > Themes, the theme is up to date - When i go to Updates, there is no updates

WP balery is stuck at version 6.7 for ages. Please provide me a response as I was promised a lifetime support for WP bakery when it comes to it’s update.

When manually update theme according to your description, the install fails due to lack of style.css in the package “Shopkeeper 3.2.zip”
