My question is about the mini cart.

On desktop when I click the card icon (on the top) the mini card opens and I can choose if I want to go to cart page by clicking on the go to cart button, BUT on the mobile when I click on the cart icon it takes me straight to the cart page, this became very confusing for my customers and I got several complains.

How can I have this feature that on mobile as well that people can see them mini card by clicking on the cart icon and if they want to go the cart page use the mini cart button and not be forced to straightly go the cart page.

Cannot import templates. Keeps asking to retry. My Server has 8GB of RAM and 100GB space. Its a dedicated Server. So it is not low on resources.

I cannot import any templates. It always said “Problem. Retry, please!”

I have updated the theme – now when the customer adds a product to the cart, the mini cart shows a pop-up with the pic of the product added. The image is too big. How do I disable this feature?

Ever since I updated the theme on my test site, a pop-up window titled “Welcome to the Shopkeeper Dashboard!” appears in my admin area.

No matter what I do, I can’t seem to get rid of it, and it shows up on every page of my admin panel.

It’s very disruptive and prevents me from working.

Love the work, devs! For the people who want to update WP Bakery, you need to go to Shopkeeper -> Plugins -> There you will find a list of precompiled plugins in shopkeeper. Just hit update and you’re good to go.

On the product page: the search icon is not working to activate the popup search bar. I’ve tried 2 browsers, looked for active popup blockers and the problem persists. The search bar appears on other pages, but not a product page.
