hello, i”ve got problem with uploading theme, how i can resolve this?

Hello everyone, has anyone encountered a problem with the directory map? specifically with single listings, the slider images are not displayed properly, and it looks broken, when I inspect the page, I found out the directory map is already “google.maps.event.addDomListener() is deprecated, use the standard addEventListener() method instead” kindly let me know how to fix this bug. When I deactivated the directory map it all fixed the gallery images on a single page. The only thing is I don’t have a map display. I already opened a ticket for this Ticket No. #28252. I need help from the support, please… Thanks in advance

is there an issue regarding setup templates? because when in setup one of them it install the ClassiAds-ultra and the changes i made with Directory press dont work

No sir, its an issue i cant setup template i want and so many people ask for same problem, the support ask me to give them access to the online website but i develop it locally , so they say that they cant do anything about that while it is a setup problem.

Well, support team have to check issue over customer’s installation, if you can provide a live installation it would be better option otherwise ypu can ask for alternate backup file for specific demo site.

The support confirmed that’s an “automatic import issue”, it been 3 days the problem is not yet fixed, unfortunately i lost a couple days because of this and it seem that it will take a long time …

Hi! did anyone encounter this issue? The Featured Tag on the listing is correctly displayed on Desktop view, if the listing is not included on the featured plan the featured tag will not display. But if you try to check your website on the mobile view, it will displayed all featured icon tag, even the listing is just a normal listing and disable the featured tag. Please help me fix this, issue, I tried asking from the support (Ticket #28050) up to now 3 days past still no update . Please let me know how did you manage to fix the issue? is it bug or only miss configuration?

I’m really disappointed!!! NO PAID PLUGIN REQUIRED but in the backend it says prices for the Pro version start at €49, what’s that about?

Unfortunately, this template doesn’t work at all. I’ve been trying for 2 days to use the template import function. After hours, it finally says that it’s done… but nothing has happened except that I’m asked for a Google API. And where can I activate Open Street Map?! I give this whole thing a -1 out of 5 possible stars! From what I read, it also seems useless to turn to support as they hardly ever respond!! ENVATO SHOULD step in here!! This is just a rip-off!!! I AM REALLY ANGRY!!! I would like my money back!!

However, my site will officially launch on November 22 and I want all my tickets to be resolved (27445, 27866 and 28028) before launch, some are more than 5 days old. I’m really tired. After a month, what was the answer? In this one month, you didn’t log in to my twilio account even once. If I made the account 2 factor, you couldn’t log in.

I lost my time to return the product, I’m really sad

Buying the theme and spending an extra 6 months on it turned out to be a very bad decision. If you can, find another theme! I would like to ask for my money back, but as far as I can see, themeforest is not very helpful in this either. In many cases, the documentation is inadequate. In particular, the biggest suck was with the map settings. Documentation had nothing to do with how to install it. Customer service can answer simple questions. In problematic situations, they talk nonsense and sometimes it seems to me that they look stupid. In some cases, wordpress access and cpanel access are requested for “Detailed review.” And I could actually go on and on, but that would just waste my time, just like buying the theme. Money can be replaced, but wasted time cannot! Just look carefully at the comment section, not the stars!

I have already granted admin access to the site. The problem is irrelevant. I already bought another one and am working with it. There are two customer service representatives. Sam and Vicky. Vicky has 5 star customer service. It is likely that he has a much better understanding of the theme than Sam. If I were the company, I would fire Sam. It’s not a very winning customer service strategy, if I’m logged in and I answer right away, I have to wait another 24 hours for another answer.

After that, I would be very curious about one thing, which of the more than 8,000 customers actually runs a website with this theme.
