One simple feature to add and a simple bug to fix in next update, thank you: - In DirectoryPress -> Search settings -> Default Fields you have option : Hide empty categories in search Form? Yes No. You should add a similar option for Location, because If you have a lot of Locations, the website loads all of them when you access the page with a search form and it takes ages load.

- And just on mobile the Featured Tag is displayed on all Ads and on the Similar Ads section the star with class: has_featured-tag-default is displayed for all ads as well.

Can this ClassiAds be converted to Bengali language? Front end and backend so seller can publish ads also can use chat facility. I can see there is option to convert . Also is it possible to make it duel language (english and bengali) and customer can switch from front end. Planing to buy asap if this function is available.

1 – yes, you can translate in any language using poedit or loco translate plugin.

2 – we have private messaging system, user can contact seller from listing page and then keep discussion from user panel.

3 – multilingual functionality is available with wmpl plugin

Hi there, No, we don’t have control over customer’s website, until unless you have given they access to support team to address any issue, further our support team will not change any customer data without permission.

How many places do we have to change your company website to ours? I am tired of other products that will automatically change, but I have to go change them here manually. Is there any easy way to change in a  place which will route to all?

Hello everyone, has anyone encountered a problem with the directory map? specifically with single listings, the slider images are not displayed properly, and it looks broken, when I inspect the page, I found out the directory map is already “google.maps.event.addDomListener() is deprecated, use the standard addEventListener() method instead” kindly let me know how to fix this bug. When I deactivated the directory map it all fixed the gallery images on a single page. The only thing is I don’t have a map display. I already opened a ticket for this Ticket No. #28252. I need help from the support, please… Thanks in advance

is there an issue regarding setup templates? because when in setup one of them it install the ClassiAds-ultra and the changes i made with Directory press dont work

No sir, its an issue i cant setup template i want and so many people ask for same problem, the support ask me to give them access to the online website but i develop it locally , so they say that they cant do anything about that while it is a setup problem.

Well, support team have to check issue over customer’s installation, if you can provide a live installation it would be better option otherwise ypu can ask for alternate backup file for specific demo site.

The support confirmed that’s an “automatic import issue”, it been 3 days the problem is not yet fixed, unfortunately i lost a couple days because of this and it seem that it will take a long time …

Hi! did anyone encounter this issue? The Featured Tag on the listing is correctly displayed on Desktop view, if the listing is not included on the featured plan the featured tag will not display. But if you try to check your website on the mobile view, it will displayed all featured icon tag, even the listing is just a normal listing and disable the featured tag. Please help me fix this, issue, I tried asking from the support (Ticket #28050) up to now 3 days past still no update . Please let me know how did you manage to fix the issue? is it bug or only miss configuration?

I’m really disappointed!!! NO PAID PLUGIN REQUIRED but in the backend it says prices for the Pro version start at €49, what’s that about?

Unfortunately, this template doesn’t work at all. I’ve been trying for 2 days to use the template import function. After hours, it finally says that it’s done… but nothing has happened except that I’m asked for a Google API. And where can I activate Open Street Map?! I give this whole thing a -1 out of 5 possible stars! From what I read, it also seems useless to turn to support as they hardly ever respond!! ENVATO SHOULD step in here!! This is just a rip-off!!! I AM REALLY ANGRY!!! I would like my money back!!
