Hello, having the same problem as meena_momand. Every plugin is up to date and all system requirements are green. I noticed while searching for a resolution that if I disable Woocommerce from the plugins, every courses are loading properly. Once I active it again, I got an error 500 on the console and infinite loading as explained by meena_momand. The problem seems to disappear also if not logged in.

The case of “meena_momand” occurred due to the Polylang plugin which is not compatible with the theme.

The WooComerce is a compatible plugin with the Masterstudy Theme. Please try disabling other plugins except for WooCommerce and bundled plugins.

Course builder not working, everytime I want to add a new course it takes me to “404 page error The page you are looking for does not exist.” Please help now, how do I fix this?

Please be sure that the permalinks are set up as Post name (/ postname /).

You can do that through Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.

If the problem persists after resaving permalinks, open ticket in our support platform for further assistance.

I purchased this item a while ago and installed it on a domain that is now expired. And I no longer have access to that domain to deactivate the theme. My license support has also expired. Is there any possible way to remove the old domain association or resolve this situation?

You haven’t already addressed the single course display issue in your ticket; you told me to recreate my course from scratch, it is not a solution. You should investigate to understand what is causing your theme to fail. Many people here report errors and issues. It is not only me.

Hi there, this theme is great but there are some things you’ll need to consider. A quicker registration for one, after signing up, the user is prompted to go into their email and nothing happens after submission on the form which is confusing. When Email Confirmation is enabled on LMS settings, users should confirm the email address to complete registration. If you are not receiving confirmation emails, please kindly check your SMTP settings on the server side.

When the lessons are loading the content, such glitches may occur. You need to increase the website speed by upgrading your system settings. Also, by enabling the preloader, you can hide content until the website fully loads (https://prnt.sc/26k8tjz).

I actually had this enabled. My website is pretty fast. When I log in, it shows that gibberish but when I access “enrolled courses” from the top right profile menu it is okay (even though the information here is different, it asks you to continue the course instead of preview etc). Might be something you need to look into. UPDATE: It only happens when you log in for the first time. WHen you go on enrolled course from there its fine.

We did not detect such kind of issue in our testing environments.

Probably it may occur due to third-party plugins conflict. Please disable plugins that was not included in theme package including caching plugins and recheck the case.

I installed the cache plugin, and did clean-up still nothing affects. I add some elementor deisgn and then check with the result still nothing shows.

The case you reported is not related to the theme directly. To find the root of the issue, please temporarily disable third-party plugins that were not included in the theme package.
