Hi, for example while editing your cart template in page builder, click on “TheGem Blocks” icon and you will get the respective cart templates. Kindly follow the steps in documentation https://docs.codex-themes.com/article/294-downloading-thegem to download all files (as zip archive), extract it and install TheGem_Elementor.zip for Elementor version of TheGem theme. The latest update has added text labels behind the mobile hamburger menu. It says “Menu” underneath the hamburger icon and then when that is clicked it says “Close” underneath the hamburger icon. Do you know where we turn these text labels off for the mobile menu?

I use two different menus for my bilingual website (German, French). However, the logo at the top left only links to the German start page. Is there a way to integrate a French logo in the French menu that points to the French start page?

I would like to use the very cool side-menu of Demo “Digital Agency 02” but I will be using the Demo “Interior & Architecture”. Is that collapsable side menu just a theme setting or is that side menu only available on the Digital Agency Demo? Please advise. Thanks!!

On the other hand, once installed, I don’t find the “smooth scroll” effect when navigating the page, like in your demo. And can’t find any options to enable smooth scroll or not… How to do ?

Hi the new update messed up the mega menu. I am not sure if anyone else has mentioned it but I am not sure what to do. My support has expired at this point and I have renewed every year but I don’t want to renew just to get help with an update that caused issues. I have already reached out via your contact form. Hopefully you can help me soon. It looks like the update changed some flex classes. I have updated everything to the latest version.

I have a short question. I updated thegem from version 5.9.2 to 5.9.3 and Elementor from 3.16.4 to 3.17.3. After these updates, the website was broken. Instead of my full-width page, everything appeared in a strange-looking box.

I’m having the same issues others are:
After updating, site crashes on critical error, caused by TheGem Theme Elements plugin, since site comes back up when deactivating it.
Already updated theme and plugins to latest versions.
Error in apache logs:
