Hello! Could you please clarify what you mean by subscription, do you mean you have bought stand alone Slider Revolution? Then, you need to download it from your Envato profile and reinstall it in wp-admin.
I bought The7 Theme. What I read as one of the Benefits of buying The7 Theme is access to Pro version of Revolution SLider. But I didn’t get that in my WP Dashboard. Rather it is asking me to upgrade to Pro version of Revolution SLider

With the mobile menu—1. Is there a way to have a different icon other than the ”+” to open submenu? 2. Is there a way that on mobile when clicking on the main menu that it opens the submenu list instead of just going to that page? ex: I want (on mobile) when customers click “shop” that the submenus show for easier browsing. I find that the + to open submenus is clunky and non-intuitive.

Is it possible that the most recent update v11.10.0 slows down sites with portfolio elements? Take this for example: https://shorturl.at/drJS8 It never had this behaviour, it just happens now with the update. Could you please fix that or at least give an instruction how to get back on the previous theme version?

Elementor doesn’t need Theme Options, it uses Theme Styles https://guide.the7.io/elementor/user-guide/theme-style/ – but you can enable Theme Options back (fig.1).

This is useless theme. When I have uploaded it on our dedicated server and checked it’s speed on GTMetrix. Its super slow.

Hello! As I have mentioned above, you can remove this 3rd party plugin, when the label is adjusted, you don’t need to keep it active. I am sorry, but the theme has lots of labels – we cannot make them all available for editing in Theme Options. The theme will work extremely slow in this case.

There are two “main” demos:
- one for WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer): https://the7.io/main/

It sounds like you are installing the wrong one.

How to edit single product display page with wpbakery?

This option is available with The7. Seems like you haven’t enabled WPBakery editor for Products post type in WPBakery settings https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/faq/i-can-not-use-wpbakery-page-builder-on-posts-and-custom-posts/ It doesn’t depend on a theme.
