Hello, for my next project I am assessing your product. I usually run a staging environment on my local intranet lab and after that I go live to a TLD. So I have a Wordpress installation on a virtual machine on my Esxi host where I should install your product, I then should install the same on a Cloud VPS for the online version. How to manage this scenario if the license key is valid for one activation only? Thank you

Hi Artbees, I sent you email weeks ago with no response. Unable to revoke license and reassign it to another website. Getting an error “unable to register your license”. Unable to get support. Enabling this mode will result in the disabling of certain widgets and older JupiterX features, such as the customizer and ACF custom fields. This is done to improve the performance of the theme.

Hello, Artbees. I use jupiter 6 and one thing is annoying and I can’t find solution. I have images in my blog post that are vertical, but width of blog post is wider than image. So in that case, images are stretched to the edge of blog post area. that makes vertical images zoomed in a bit. Is there any shortcode or something that I can add to just post vertical images as they are and center aligned? I can’t find anything in Blog settings. Thanks if you can assist.

hi, support, post options on the page is not working in Jupiter x theme, only if deactivate Jupiter X Core. and this has become after update of our theme. before has working fine.

It has been nine days since I submitted a help ticket. There is a problem with the theme and the built-in MailChimp form. The support person doesn’t seem to read the previous messages before answering.

I own 39 licenses for Jupiter. The level of support has declined dramatically since my first purchase five years ago. the past couple of years I bought 5 licenses on Black Friday but this year I didn’t buy any. I am moving to another theme developer because support is almost impossible to get from Artbees. It seems the company is not listening to their customer reviews.

The reason for this delay is that the support team first checks your site before responding, if the problem is solved, they will respond to you, if the problem is not solved, they will send it to the technical team.

I checked your ticket and it seems that the issue with your site is a bug. My colleague has forwarded this issue to our technical team and they have fixed it on your site, but the problem was not resolved. They are working to find a permanent solution for your site and my colleague will update you soon with the result.

Hi, I have made all the updates of Jupiter X, but the Twitter logo looks old on the blog detail pages. Could it be that I’m the reason why it looks old or was the new version of the Twitter logo not added to the theme?

Hello, I am having the issue that I can’t edit the frontpage in Elementor any more. It won’t load. It only loads in safe mode. I deactivated all plugins and found out that the Jupiter X Core plugin is causing the problem. I used a rollback to an older version, but the problem still exists. What can I do about this?

Jupiter X is our latest Theme it has more Templates and is advanced.

Jupiter and Jupiter X are two different themes. The Jupiter X theme was reborn from Jupiter, but it uses Elementor rather than WPBakery Page Builder, so it works differently. Even still, Jupiter receives maintenance and security updates and is available on ThemeForest in the same package.
