With premium plugins like WPBakery and Revolution Slider, you can’t update theme directly. You can check this document for more details.

It may have been well over a year that I last updated, I no longer have support. Can you advise what the parameters are that should make the product visible in the ‘New Tab’ is it a timeframe since upload thing or is it being marked as new?

1. Yes, you can manually add categories to sort them in the order you want. By default, this option allows you to get top popular categories.

2. By default, the theme hides these categories on mobile devices. Unfortunately, there is no option to turn them on yet.

Regarding your questions:

1. Yes, you can use only Elementor. We do not recommend using Elementor and WPBakery together, even though they do not conflict. There is no need to use two page builder plugins on the same website.

2. Yes, it is possible with additional plugins. By default, WooCommerce just shows basic information on the product page. To add additional information like shipping, refunds, size chart, etc, you will need to install plugins. There are some features that already included in the theme, such as the Size chart.

3. Of course, they can be apply to the whole products.
