When I upload any of the pre-built themes they look nothing like the demos. Is there something I’m doing wrong? I’ve followed all the steps for importing prebuild websites ( checked with dreamhost support team also ) . But after importing it , my site not comes as per Demo ( preview )

Hello, just to say there are a lot of bugs on avada (7.11.3 for me) and the new updates google chrome (Version 120.0.6099.63), like the “section seperator” with a new line (????). thanks.

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

I have made a large update to avada. And now there is a search bar in the header that I dont know how to delete and the background is transparent over the footer. When I do a live preview or are logged in everything looks great. https://mehrwert-achtsamkeit.de/

I am not entirely sure what you mean by large update here, but I believe you have updated from an older version of Avada in this case and will probably need to recheck your global options once, however in order to assist you with this further our team will need to take a closer look into your website.

Hello, I am considering to buy Avada for my eshop. I would like to ask if there is a built in for extra product options. For example, I have some products with the following variable: metal type 14k gold, 18k gold. i would like the customer to be able to choose the metal and be shown options for chain and cord sizes depending on the choice of metal. Is this possible with your builder or do I need to install an extra plugin?

As for your query, if you just need to offer a different set of options/sub options on any given product, that can be achieved with Variable products in WooCommerce easily. If you need to receive written notes for each product/order from customer, you can check WooCommerce Addons for that. They’re light weight and there are free options for those so you can pick anyone that works best for you.

Hi Themefusion team! First of all, love your product, have 4 licenses and highly recommend you. Only one thing I wish you’d simplify and also I’d like your help with. Subdomain support for same end-product, I have two sites, both are for my marketing services – one offers a specific type of service (Brand Awareness Campaigns) & the other (General Marketing Services) – I have tried reaching out via your website but haven’t got a reply yet and I hate that one of the subdomains isn’t using a registered license as it should.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to let people use the license temporarily then have your team review if the use is valid? This would achieve two things: 1. Better customer experience & less request on your support team’s time. 2. A smoother opportunity to upsell another license if the use case isn’t aligned with Themeforest licensing TOS – Assuming that when someone adds a subdomain to a license it auto creates a ticket for your team to review, you then have the opportunity to confirm if the user requires another license and push a notification that the license has been suspended due to misuse. :)

Hi we tried the theme on a friend’s website,if you import pages or demo websites,you cant edit the pages or any elements using a mobile phone,you can only do it using a computer.

There is simply not enough space available on any mobile which can allow all the dialog boxes for the live builder so its not really a good idea to do the editing from a mobile phone specially in terms of live editing, secondly it will never be able to show you how the website appears on the desktop so you will eventually not be seeing the right layout for desktop and tablets.

How are theme and plugin updates apply after installation? Per say, in 6 months from now, there are few updates, what is the process? Manually uploading each plugin? Or does it have a self managed portal within WP to request the updates? Thank you.

Just like they do for any other plugin or theme, as far as you have a valid license for Avada that is registered, you should get the updates as far as we are developing Avada, that means you will see an update nag and should be able to auto update them with a single click, this is also mentioned in our documentation here => https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-get-notified-of-avada-updates/

You can not redesign over the given theme with Avada as this will add its own stylesheets and functions. You will need to customize the theme for this

I purchased this theme in 2018 and have since stopped working on the website I used it on (a personal project) some years ago. The website should no longer exist yet I cannot use the theme on a new site due to it telling me that my purchase code is already in use on another website. Is there any way I can have you look into this with my purchase code and let me know where it is being used currently. If I do still indeed have it being used on an old site, I can then remove it and use it on current site. Without that information or the ability to generate a new purchase code to disable the previous one, I am left with a partially-functional theme :/

When I create off canvas and enable it on page load, the off canvas does not show until I add trigger somewhere on page or globally, why this? It should work globally without any triggers.

Hi, At least one trigger is required for the off canvas to show. You can activate the “on page load” trigger if you wish for the off canvas to show without any extra input from the user.

Hi, I try to import Avada Bed & Breakfast but it doesn’t take all content like layouts, header, footer, forms etc. And I went in to make download the content but this template is not available. So what’s the problem, I have used this a lot of times so know what’s needed and how to do it.

Complete content of a prebuilt website should be imported without any issues, can you please make sure that your system status limits are setup fine, regarding the alternate import, we update prebuilt content there time to time and this one will be added soon as well.

Thank you for your fast answer and the system status is good and the limits is higher than you say it shall be so no problem with that, I deleted the installation and did it again and the forms was included but not the header. Is there a template I can use for the header that is the same as the one for this theme?

Hello, the instagram feed through the theme is having issues formatting and just pulling in text in an unformatted fashion. There are no images, videos or anything allowing click-throughs. I’ve tried reconnecting, resetting cache, trying 2 different Instagram feeds, disabling plugins. I saw recently you were having issues with api and that it was corrected. Are there any other known issues? Theme is up to date with all the updated patches. Thank you.

The Instagram element now works fine without any issues, API issue had already been resolved so this could be due to any of your 3rd party plugin or extensions that is causing the issue, with that being said, our team will need to take a closer look into this and will require a support ticket.
