Is it possible to:
1. Add price tag to portfolio item? 2. Have multiple portfolio categories and slugs, eg. /portfolio-1/item-1, portfolio-1/item-2, portfolio-2/item-3, portfolio-2/item-4 etc?

You can add a price tag field via the bundled ACF Pro plugin.
The post type itself can only have a single slug though. You can have multiple portfolio categories for Portfolio.

We are trying to remove unused CSS from our website using the plugin Perfmatters. Everything is working great except our mobile menu. Can you kindly tell us what are the file names of the stylesheets that define the mobile menu? We need to exclude those files from our RUCSS settings section in Perfmatters. Thank you!

I’m trying to get support for my theme not having the ACF Pro license enabled when it normally does and the support agent is not assisting. She’s telling me that ACF Pro does NOT come with this theme even though it always has and the screenshots here show that it should.

While you can use many of the filter widgets/options that come with WooCommerce (as WooCommerce is compatible with Avada). We don’t have a built-in comparison feature like that. You could use a 3rd party comparison plugin if needed.

I am not sure where did you get the 10 years duration from, each license of Avada actually comes with a lifetime updates as far as we are developing Avada, however the premium support is only for 6 months with each license unless renewed or extended.

Quick question….
I am looking at a second license for avada
I will need to create beautiful menus as this will be a restaurant website and out of curiosity, after going through all your features extensively, which element would be best suited to simplify that task and have them display perfectly on all screen sizes and optimized for seo.
Also, how would you integrate Resmio and/or Open Table booking systems to work flawlessly.
It’s the only detail missing I couldn’t quite figure out if using avada. Thanks and awesome theme! I have used it for a vet clinic.

There will definitely be some level of customisation, majorly CSS styling required to achieve that exact styling, but the most close you can get is from pricing table element, also I have flagged your comment as it container external links which are not allowed in the comments.

The image is actually a complete URL of a page as well and not an image URL only, external URLs are not allowed on comments and will get flagged, however regarding your query I have responded to it earlier, what you desired will require some level of custom CSS modification into the table element.

When I upload any of the pre-built themes they look nothing like the demos. Is there something I’m doing wrong? I’ve followed all the steps for importing prebuild websites ( checked with dreamhost support team also ) . But after importing it , my site not comes as per Demo ( preview )

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

I have made a large update to avada. And now there is a search bar in the header that I dont know how to delete and the background is transparent over the footer. When I do a live preview or are logged in everything looks great. https://mehrwert-achtsamkeit.de/

Hello, I am considering to buy Avada for my eshop. I would like to ask if there is a built in for extra product options. For example, I have some products with the following variable: metal type 14k gold, 18k gold. i would like the customer to be able to choose the metal and be shown options for chain and cord sizes depending on the choice of metal. Is this possible with your builder or do I need to install an extra plugin?

As for your query, if you just need to offer a different set of options/sub options on any given product, that can be achieved with Variable products in WooCommerce easily. If you need to receive written notes for each product/order from customer, you can check WooCommerce Addons for that. They’re light weight and there are free options for those so you can pick anyone that works best for you.
