Hello, so I’ve used this theme in the past and I really liked working with it, but now I need to build a site with a membership type of thing on parts of it, where content can be viewed upon payment for a limited amount of time. Does this template allow for something like this to be implemented? Thanks
Hi tutiitut! We are sorry but this is definitely not a feature you find in a theme, there are very specific plugins that do this. These plugins are also very different from each other so you should first check which one is right for you.
Hi there! LOVE this theme! Maybe I missed it, but is there a way to exclude certain posts (tags, really) from an archive? I’d like it to show all posts except a few ones. Thank you kindly.

Do you need to exclude from a normal page or from an Archive (when using the Dynamic Query option)? If you need to exclude from a normal page there are different options inside the Build Query settings ( tab General – https://undsgn.d.pr/i/bzFR56 ), but if you need to exclude from an Archive it’s not possible since the Dynamic Query uses the default WordPress query for that specific context, and the options of the Build Query are not taken into account. In a few words you need to use some generic WordPress hooks to remove the posts you don’t need.
Wow thank you. So in essence I can’t remove them from archives (Theme Options) but I can do it if I’m using a content block?
So I tried to do this but for some reason when I entered the category name it didn’t fetch it. I got the “working” circle but nothing found. Not even old tags? My posts and pages are still all set to private as I launch in a few weeks. Is it relevant?
Hi birkmanit! You can do this if you are using the Posts module without the Dynamic Query since the Dynamic Query reverts the query to the native query of WordPress on that given context. Generally if you use the Posts module in a normal page you are not using the Dynamic Query and you can modify the query with the Build Query settings.
I don’t know what post type are you using but if you are using for products, pages, or portfolio you need to use the Taxonomy field, Category is only for blog posts as highlighted in the option description: https://undsgn.d.pr/i/a1izGY
Hi, small fix you guys might consider for your fabulous theme: in the Theme Options -> Palette it is possible to define a color “transparent” (just type “transparent” in Color Picker), which comes in very handy. Unfortunately, due to some process (pageload of Theme Options?) that entry gets overwritten with the hex value #ff0000. It would be so great if one could use “transparent” (or “rgba(any-color, 0.0” for that matter) indefinitely. Thx

To have the same layout you just need to apply the correct Menu layout, the body frame and a different Accent color.

2 more things. For me, the template does not have “Ajax add to cart” option under theme options for product. Also, in examples product variation colours are colour dots, I can’t seem to get that.

I am still building the site and it’s all local so cannot get any help from the team yet, but what would be the best way to add an accordion to the single product page with dynamic content? I’ve created a content block for the product page and have added accordion, but I want to add info like. Specifications, Key features and In the Box details dynamically, so it changes per product.

These classes are only applied if you use the default template, if you build the store with the Page Builder and dynamic custom modules, this becomes just an option in the Page Builder that can be changed by the container Row, ex: https://undsgn.com/uncode/shops/shop-ajax-filters/

No, sorry, this is not an option on ThemeForest. All themes are sold at the same price, and there is no bundle or unlimited usage option. The fact is that prices are relatively low, and licenses are lifetime for one project. So the purchase of Single License it’s the only business module ThemeForest is based on.

Hello, I have been going back and forth with chat for hours to no avail. Can I escalate my issue to a supervisor? If I would have known that I would never get a chance to use what I paid for years ago, I would have never purchased this. For years on and off I tried to download this theme, but it didn’t work! I followed all the steps correctly. I did activate the code, but we could not edit the theme! It would not allow us to, so I went and spent an extra $40 to hire a pro on Upwork and they said there was def. an issue with the template. So, I never launched the site and the domain went to waste. We even tried to put it on a temporary domain and it didn’t work. I provided screenshots and sent the information in detail. I also contacted you in 2021 about it not working, but I never got a resolution. I wanted to purchase a few more of the same template for sites, but I can’t do that because I can’t even get it to work. I would like an immediate refund or a code. You all have to understand that the code does not always work and just because it was actually downloaded, that doesn’t mean that something didn’t go wrong and it was NOT EVER USED. Can someone please help me today! This has literally been holding me up for years.
Hi nikkirob20! From what we can see, the license was already activated years ago (2021-03-07) on a domain and in 2022 on another domain. There are records for this. Now we have given you our report for what we can see, and as explained, we have directions from Envato, and we have to stick to those. As we suggested, if you think something is not correct or you want to explain your situation, it is to them that you have to ask. We have repeatedly suggested that you contact Envato directly because they are the ones who, in this case, can agree to special conditions. Hello, I use your theme – fully registered – on my domain mariosposato.it but, recently, I had to move such website to mariosposato.com
The website mariosposato.it is not active anymore.
Due to this change, my license is not active anymore – I think that it is tied to the old domain. Can you move such license to the old to the new domain? I cannot do updates or anything like that at the moment.

I had a look online and it appears the schema is not correct for the comments. So, every post I have with comments is getting this error messages and it’s not eligible for Rich Snippets.

What would be the best way to stretch the row to (full height – header height). so I have rev slider that I want to be contained within the row with padding. I have a sticky header. Atm, rev slider is full height and goes below the fold. I want the container and revslider to be full height (over the fold)

Is there an easy way to add responsive font size for headings?
This is instead of adding duplicate items and then changing settings and responsive for desktop and tablet.
Hi amyth91! Currently, the size responsive headings are handled automatically. From the next update new options like Clamp are already ready (we posted a preview on our Facebook Group). At the moment you could create a simple CSS rule if automatic font size is not for your case, if you send us an example page we can suggest this simple code.

Hi mgll! We are sorry but this is not an option. The Secondary Image is only possible if using the Post Types (Posts, Products, Portfolio, etc), since it’s not possible to associate a Secondary Image to a Media Gallery item. Unfortuatnely, it’s not something we can suggest a quick workaround.
