Hello, I’ve bought a licence a few years ago to build a website, but due to inactivity, I would now like to give it away to a client of mine who could make good use of it. Can you help me understand what steps I need to follow to do that, without causing any conflict? Thanks a lot for your support.

Hello and thanks for your kind reply. So, maybe I wasn’t clear enough. I’d basically just like to let another person use the theme because I’m not using it anymore. The theme is currently being used on my personal wordpress account, but I would like some else to use and remove it from my website. That’s all. Is that something possible?

Hi FrancescoCelli ! No we are sorry but it’s not possible. According to the Envato License Terms, it’s not possible to use one of the Standard Licenses on multiple clients or jobs. In a nutshell, 1 license = 1 domain. Once that domain is no longer required, the License ends when that site is taken down. A user cannot then ask for this License to be reset so it can be used on a new venture:
· Envato Standard License: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
· Full License Agreements: https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular

Hi, I found a bug in your “Pricing Table” module. First, it is possible to work with shortcodes from third-party-plugins in the “Title” and “Price” fields. However, this seems to be currently NOT true for the “Body” field. When I insert a shortcode into the “Body” field, a weird code like this appears in the front end ”#E-8_QWJvJTdDbW9uYXRsaWNoJTBB”.

I was able to temporarily mitigate the problem by altering the shortcode format.

Old: [acf field=”test”]

New: `{`acf field=``test```}`

However, this is not a stable solution. When I save the module, publish the site and then edit the module again, the shortcode automatically went back to the old format. When I then save the module, the weird code gets displayed again. This makes working with shortcodes in the “Pricing Table” a nightmare.

Do you maybe have a code snippet I can insert into my child theme to fix this bug and make the “Body” field from the “Pricing Table” also compatible with shortcodes? Thanks :)

We’re sorry, but the table body has very strict rules and does not allow the use of shortcodes: the content is processed to respect the output and layout of the pricing table, and above all, the content of the body field is the value of a shortcode attribute, so it cannot accept other shortcodes within it, it cannot accept the parameters of other shortcodes, etc. So WP Bakery processes what you put inside it to avoid conflicts. If you need to use other shortcodes, I can only advise you to avoid pricing tables.

How can i add rank math breadcrumbs? Hello! Uncode has its own breadcrumb method, you can override our function with the output you prefer, but being a 3rd party plugin we cannot guarantee that it will work correctly in all situations covered by Uncode.

Just add to the functions.php file of your child theme:

        return rank_math_the_breadcrumbs();
    }
}

Hi admin, I just did “import demo” and BOOM my homepage changed into similar Demo from this themeforest page. I just want to make my homepage (and all the page & blog) changed into 1 selected theme named “Shop Classic”.

Your “Import Demo” option is not what I need since it automatically make ton of pages, blogs, and images. I just doing “reset” to clean up the mess.

Hi, I had an error message inside Uncode System Status that told me to erase my Purchase Code and reenter it … However after doing this I was told that my code had no more activation counts! I was told to do this by the in-theme-system! ... and now my support is expired and i Can’t even submit a ticket anymore… but my problem was created by the Theme-System, not by me…is this a trick to get more support money? PLease tell me how to fix this… I have a valid purchase code that I was using until now

the automatic video option isn’t available for the Titles layout, but that’s only because the videos should already be set to autoplay, as there’s no way to hover over them and make them play automatically. Having trouble displaying videos in the Titles layout?

Thanks for an awesome theme, I’ve been using it for several years and it just keeps getting better with each update !

I’m trying to change the color of the hamburger menu on one of my pages, but can’t seem to target the right code.

I’ve narrowed it down to this:

.page-id-XXX .mobile-menu-button .lines,
.page-id-XXX .mobile-menu-button .lines:before,
.page-id-XXX .mobile-menu-button .lines:after
{background: #ff00ff !important;}

but it also colors the middle line when the menu is activated…

How can I avoid this and what is the right way to accomplish this – I’m using the overlay menu ?

Hello! If you use the `.page-id-XXX` class in the selector, the background colour you set will override the transparent background the line should have. You should remove the `.page-id-XXX` part or add these lines:

.page-id-XXX .lines-button.close .lines {
    background: transparent !important;
}

Dear devs, this is not really a question, but rather a feature request: it would be good to be able to edit URLs of oembed (vimeo) videos. Right now in order to add ?dnt=1 to all URLs of vimeo videos I have to re-add all of them and change poster IDs accordingly, which is time consuming.

Now we don’t understand what “not fully loaded” means, at the moment we don’t have any other similar reports and maybe it is a server error because practically every user uses the Media Gallery and as mentioned there are no reports known to us.

Thanks for the information. It was just a matter of updating the theme. But I found another issue with the Media gallery editor, on the General tab. new galleries uploaded don’t show the preview thumbnail and it is impossible to reorganize them.

This is my favourite theme all over since I met it (just a year ago). I would love to suggest you to improve the “navigation widget” giving the chance to choose to navigate through a certain category (instead all the categories together) it would be a really amazing improvement. THANKS

Hello, I am trying to import one demo layout page, yet I receive this error: Ooops, the Demo Content couldn’t be imported all in once.

This happens immediately after pressing import, so it doesn’t appear to be timeing out.

I have checked the suggested link, I have no system errors. I have deactivated all plugins and tried again, it still didn’t work.

What could be the problem here?

Ah I see, I moved the website from staging to live 3 weeks ago. I have removed the license from the staging website and tried again it didn’t work.

I have now de-registered the live website, but I am unable to add my pre-existing code. Can you please unblock this so I can register my website and import layouts?

Hi there, I’m using the theme for several years now and am so happy with it. Thanks for always updating so fast! That said, I have a problem that showed up just recently. I changed the Accent color and font. When I’m logged in, everything looks fine. But as soon as I log out or watch the Website with another Browser, color and fonts miss, it’s using old fonts and no accent color at all or the accent color I used before. It’s not a browser caching issue, I checked this first. Have you any idea how to fix that? Thanks!

I am using two Unicode licenses for several years and noticed that in 2.8.0 “Advanced Video Settings” were introduced. I was interested in “Desktop Play Hover” option. From my experience so far I think it does not work correctly with oembed/vimeo , namely sizing and positioning of the auto-play video is off with respect to the poster image, despite both being 16:9. Autoplay example https://undsgn.com/introducing-uncode-2-8-0-with-20-new-demo-layouts/#autoplay-videos are all for wordpress hosted videos.

Could you please confirm that this feature was tested with oembed/vimeo and is expected to work? If so, it would be good if Desktop Play Hover + oembed/vimeo example is added to the documentation page above.

Hello, please send us a screenshot or something, because we don’t see the same thing from here unfortunately, or maybe we’re missing something: https://undsgn.d.pr/v/0u3S9y In our example you can see Chrome (incognito mode) on Mac. The position of the videos seems to be correct and we do not see anything strange in the ratio. Please make sure that you also test in incognito mode too and that no Chrome extensions are involved in the problem. Best :)

Thanks for checking, indeed it works in incognito mode and does not otherwise. I cleared all the cookies in the Chrome and now it also works in non-incognito mode. I must admit I have no idea what could be the reason, but thank you for helping me out here.
