Hi Sizam, Is there an option to increase size of “back to top” button on mobiles ?

1. RTL Loading Delay on Mobile:

Issue: The website loads briefly in LTR (left-to-right) format for approximately 2 seconds on mobile devices before switching to the correct RTL (right-to-left) format. This delay impacts page speed.

Note : i installed Loco translate and website language is arabic and every thing on desktop is going well this problem happens with Mobile only.

2. Blank Images in Related Articles:

Issue: The images within the related articles section, located directly after the main content, are not loading and appear as white spaces. However, these images display correctly when viewed from category pages.

I went through your comments and saw that therer is no fix for 202 error.

However, I keep getting 202 eror for demo import for every single demo within the theme.

An error occurred while fetching file from: https://wpsoul.net/serverupdate/demoimport/recompare-content.xml! Reason: 202 – Accepted.

I went on to Tools>Import>import xml file manually, but it fails.

Can you please get in touch with me to try and resolve this?

I have a problem with my Rehub. I cannot access or use the theme options. They are essentially frozen. I can only access the general settings. The rest does not work. It is very strange. I have looked and looked for the problem. This makes me unable to edit my header and do many other things. Can you take a look? Please help. thank you,

hello, i need an information about the latest version of the theme REDEAL. in particular, i need to knoew if these things are possible:

1. The user can access a list of offers (in which there will only be active offers)

2. Merchants can enter the authorized area for free and upload their offers

3. If possible, offers must be approved or moderated

4. Merchant card and Contact the merchant

hey content egg plugin is activated but it fails to work, i fail to see the fields that i use to see before. also the theme recommends i use greenshift, i tried uploading the plugins but it fails and draws a ‘critical error’ please advise

Hi Sizam, I see an issue with module Review Heading when displaying on mobile : the position number is always above the title on mobile although they are vertically well aligned on desktop. Could you please confirm and correct in next update ?

How can I hide information such as ‘author’, ‘category’ or ‘date’ in a blog post? I am not sure what settings to make in Theme Options > General Options.

We use the plugin WooCommerce Appointments which is one of the recommended plugins in your documentation but we have a problem that is: we have the products set with Add-ons which are fields that are required to fill before booking/adding to cart (eg: number of adults, children, etc.). The problem is that when we edit or update the product, the first add-on or field loses its settings and the only way to recover is to configure all over again. This happens anytime we update any product. We’ve tested disabling all plugins and that problem kept happening. Only when we changed the theme we noticed that it didn’t happen anymore.

We really need help into fixing this issue please.

Postview script is not working on my posts. The post view counter is stuck to ZERO no matter what I do. I sent you a message a few days ago but never got a response. It is critical for me to get the Postview script to work as intended. Please advise. Thank you!

I’m really stuck on a problem linked to all the blocks in the rehub theme that I can’t use at all anymore, they no longer appear in my block edit when I edit my pages. I don’t have this problem on the other sites where I use rehub.

- I’ve removed all the plug-ins, but that hasn’t done anything. - I can’t update the rehub framework like on the other sites either.

I’ve tried everything, but I can’t find out where it’s coming from. Surely you can help me.
