Hi guys, do you know when support for the latest version of WordPress is coming out? I recieved an automatic update and it has seemingly ruined my site.

To elaborate and what has gone wrong, it seems the mobile menu hamburger doesn’t respond to anything, and anything which requires fetching such as shop lists, blog lists, etc is just blank space now. Is this a known problem?

The latest updates of Unicode and WordPress were both published several weeks ago, and as you can see also here, there is no other user reporting something similar, so we think the problem is not related to Unicode or WordPress; maybe some extra plugins you are using on this installation.

Hello, I have a super urgent question. My client has somehow made his entire website a two column layout. He has no idea how he’s done it but it’s affecting every single page. I’ve looked at theme options and I cant find anything obvious. Do you have any idea what he may have done and how we can fix it?

I’m a seasoned uncode user but have 2 Presale questions for a new project:

1. I will be creating a new site on a staging domain completely different to what it’s final destination domain will be. How do I go about doing this to avoid potential registration issues when I’m ready to migrate to the live domain?

2. In addition: The final site will be built on a Wordpress Multi site with up to x4 subdomains. Since I haven’t done this with uncode before – will a single licence suffice for this? i.e

  • subdomain1.domain.com.au
  • subdomain2.domain.com.au etc
  • Subdomain sites will be identical except for different homepage content to satisfy their partner alliances.

Hi carlosrosales1979! Access to the Help Center is only for users with support. Every message we exchanged is sent to your email, though. So if you haven’t deleted them you have everything in the email inbox linked to your Envato account.

i like your theme and the posibilites it allows.to design. though I would like to add or change some features so I sugest that you create a website when your clients can suggest features or changes and others can vote them and for your developers to consider..

Links are buggy when the background color change effect is enabled anywhere on a page. Will this be fixed in a future update or should I redesign my site to no longer use the colour change effect?

Please note that it was not confirmed as a bug, rather it was explained why with this delay is necessary with the Color Change effect, and also provided a hook to adjust the delay according to users specific needs. Reporting here the answer “Unfortunately, this behaviour is necessary to avoid problems with elements that move (and appear) during the scrolling event, since elements have an effect when they appear and a different one when you hover over them. If you hover over them before they appear, you reset the first effect to activate the second and it would be strange. To avoid this problem, the ability to hover over elements is disabled during scrolling. If a Background Colour Changer is present, the hover time is increased to avoid problems with button skins. You cannot disable this function completely, but you can limit its duration with this filter: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000874278-Actions-and-Filter-Hooks-Reference#background-changer-time

Thank you for the clarification. I hadn’t seen the response on Facebook. You should probably make a note in the documentation that using the background colour change feature will break expected behaviour of links and buttons.

Hi, I started managing a site that I didn’t create, and which has WP 5.0.2, Uncode 1.4.2 and PHP 7.0.33. I migrated the site to hosting that supports 7.4 as the minimum version of PHP and after the migration with WP 6.x the background images of the sections are not loaded and the logo in the header is not loaded.

How can I handle this update. By purchasing the license, can I download intermediate versions of the theme for a gradual update? Is there a suggested procedure for this type of update?

Hi melojoy! We are sorry but it’s not possible to download intermediate versions. The version you are using is from several years ago (2016). Our suggestion is to create a backup and update to the latest version.

Hi folks! A few months ago, my two Uncode sites started serving very pixelated, blurry images. I only really had time to investigate recently and noticed everything was coming out 258 pixels wide. I figured it must have been something trying to optimize load times.

After some sleuthing, I found the culprit in the adaptive images section under Performance. For some reason, both sites were serving the minimum image size for ALL resolutions. Disabling it and clearing the cache fixed it right up.

It happened at the same time for both sites and are distinct entities, so maybe this was a glitch on some theme update?

No solution needed for me. It’d be nice to have working adaptive again, but I’m out of support time so that’s not fair of me to ask. (If I really need it, I bet I can just choose a different minimum resolution and that’ll suffice.) Just thought I’d let you know!

In a nutshell, 1 license = 1 domain. Once that domain is no longer required, the License ends when that site is taken down. A user cannot then ask for this License to be reset so it can be used on a new venture:

Hi, I found a bug in your “Pricing Table” module. First, it is possible to work with shortcodes from third-party-plugins in the “Title” and “Price” fields. However, this seems to be currently NOT true for the “Body” field. When I insert a shortcode into the “Body” field, a weird code like this appears in the front end ”#E-8_QWJvJTdDbW9uYXRsaWNoJTBB”.

I was able to temporarily mitigate the problem by altering the shortcode format.

Old: [acf field=”test”]

New: `{`acf field=``test```}`

However, this is not a stable solution. When I save the module, publish the site and then edit the module again, the shortcode automatically went back to the old format. When I then save the module, the weird code gets displayed again. This makes working with shortcodes in the “Pricing Table” a nightmare.

Do you maybe have a code snippet I can insert into my child theme to fix this bug and make the “Body” field from the “Pricing Table” also compatible with shortcodes? Thanks :)

We’re sorry, but the table body has very strict rules and does not allow the use of shortcodes: the content is processed to respect the output and layout of the pricing table, and above all, the content of the body field is the value of a shortcode attribute, so it cannot accept other shortcodes within it, it cannot accept the parameters of other shortcodes, etc. So WP Bakery processes what you put inside it to avoid conflicts. If you need to use other shortcodes, I can only advise you to avoid pricing tables.

How can i add rank math breadcrumbs? Hello! Uncode has its own breadcrumb method, you can override our function with the output you prefer, but being a 3rd party plugin we cannot guarantee that it will work correctly in all situations covered by Uncode.

Just add to the functions.php file of your child theme:

Hi admin, I just did “import demo” and BOOM my homepage changed into similar Demo from this themeforest page. I just want to make my homepage (and all the page & blog) changed into 1 selected theme named “Shop Classic”.

Your “Import Demo” option is not what I need since it automatically make ton of pages, blogs, and images. I just doing “reset” to clean up the mess.

Hi, I had an error message inside Uncode System Status that told me to erase my Purchase Code and reenter it … However after doing this I was told that my code had no more activation counts! I was told to do this by the in-theme-system! ... and now my support is expired and i Can’t even submit a ticket anymore… but my problem was created by the Theme-System, not by me…is this a trick to get more support money? PLease tell me how to fix this… I have a valid purchase code that I was using until now
