I bought this theme over a year ago and my website team is trying to make some changes to the site, and they are telling me that The Gem is reporting ” You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key. I have only used the theme for this website. Why would I be having this issue. Please help.

We followed the instruction and de-registered the activation on the license manager. We are however still get an error messages which state, We need to buy a new license.

After updating to the last version all my Gallery Grids stopped working on Mobile – all the photos are showed as thin stripes and not fully loaded. I understand that I can change the look of the typography in the in the Style section (font transform, weight, colour, etc.), however I cannot find where can I make the title left justified or how I can move it to the top instead the default bottom section. Is it possible? Drop shadow would also be welcome.

At the same is it possible to show the Label of the post somewhere? Preferably under the title. Maybe with own typo possibilities.

I have a site with the template, but the plgin wpBakery Page Builder neesd an updat but is impossible for me, cause my theme says this “The purchase code you have entered is not valid. TheGem has not been activated.” when i try tu put my purchase code.

Quick Question, for some reason, when a product has no image, but set to active as a product (not draft), the default placeholder image set in WooCommerce (WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Placeholder Image) won’t show up. Instead, a transparent-thegem-product-justified-square-l.png shows up. And in Theme settings there is no setting for that. Any suggestions ?
