I have been using the Gem elementor theme since last 2 years along with this I am using Jetpack complete package for improving performance, This jetpack protect plugin has been highlighting a Elementor threat (refer the attached screenshot) which I am unable to fix it since last 1 month and due to this I am unable to edit the product page template.

I know that I do not have active support plan and hoping that we will help me to atleast to locate the cause of this issue.

We are an NPO and had to reinstall our site. We are facing the an activation problem and only now when our support has expired.

We followed the instruction and de-registered the activation on the license manager. We are however still get an error messages which state, We need to buy a new license.

After updating to the last version all my Gallery Grids stopped working on Mobile – all the photos are showed as thin stripes and not fully loaded.
