I deleted the WordPress data for my website after working on my site because of some difficulties I encountered editing the header using the 7 theme hoping to reinstall the 7 Theme I purchased for the same website but it says the purchased license is no longer valid.
I sent email to Envato team but I haven’t got reply since Thursday. Then I tried to reach out to The 7 Theme directly but the submit ticket will not go through because my purchase code cannot be validated.
Why is my license revoked for deleting WordPress data?The license key is used for the same website.
Please could you provide me an explanation why I couldn’t use the same license key on the same website because I deleted the previous WordPress to start afresh?
The item and the license key is no longer available in my Envato dashboard?
Does this mean I can no longer use this license key on the same website?

Yes I did! With proof of payment. The 7 theme was on my profile where I downloaded it with the license key and I used it on my website before it was revoked and disappear from the dashboard. There was no refund. I can send the proof of payment via the email.
Then, you need to clarify this question with Envato support. As a theme author, we don’t manage buyers account. All licenses are delivered and managed by Envato.

Hello! I have some issues with the theme. I observed the theme is adding another opengraph tag section overwriting Rank Math’s metadata (For example: og:site_name; og:title; og:description; og:image; og:url; og:type.). How can I eliminate the second duplicate set? This is my webpage: https://pxolwe.com/ I deactivated several plugins which could cause the issue, but the issue is still there, it hasn’t been solved. This is why I suppose the theme causes this problem (elementor + elementor pro are the page builders). I use Rank Math SEO plugin, WP Rocket cache plugin, WPML plugin for translation. Could you please help me out with your advices? Thank you!

I recently bought this theme. Everything seemed fine, but out of the sudden I’m unable to choose the header type. When I’m editing an elementor page and choose “Hide title”, according to your documentation it should give me an option to choose transparent header. However, this option doesn’t appear for me. Also in WordPress backend there is no option to choose header type. Even after enabling the legacy feature “Deprecated Page Templates, Meta Boxes, Widgets, Shortcodes, etc.”, it gives me an extra option to choose the transparent header in WordPress editor, but changing this doesn’t do anything frontend. I think this is some kind of bug. Please assist.

Worst customer experience. My purchase codes – two licenses were disabled and I only used them on a single website.
They are only after money and zero support. You cannot raise a concern when they lock your regular licenses.
I would not recommend this to anyone.

I dont get the good reviews, i have this and this is the MOST complicated theme to use out of 100s of themes i’ve used. Nothing works, breaks elementor, menu was edited, still not showing logo, like wth?

Some icons are not displayed after updating to WordPress 6.4.3
Recently, WordPress has been updated to version 6.4.3. After this, some website icons are not displayed. I have updated the theme and its plugins, but the problem has not been resolved. I’m working on a client’s website and imported a marketing agency layout. When I try to edit rev slider, the layers don’t show up. There’s just background image and shapes but the text-image layer not showing up. They are showing up on front-end but they don’t show up on backend editor.

Elementor doesn’t need Theme Options, it uses Theme Styles https://guide.the7.io/elementor/user-guide/theme-style/ – but you can enable Theme Options back (fig.1).
