1. Unfortunately we can’t provide admin login for our live demos. If you would like to test the theme, you could purchase it and test it. We can provide a refund in case the theme is not suited for your project.
2. Our theme provides 2 elements in the composer for the location https://prnt.sc/ORt3D9uL5HEj The location finder, which is used in the listing submissions page. And the location display, which is used in the single listing page to display the location. There’s no option to import locations.
3. Once the user subscribes and creates an account on the website, the apply button will be displayed in the job listing https://prnt.sc/d34janKZ708- and there will be a form for the application https://prnt.sc/2l79FxGu7I9Z The form can be modified if needed, so if you want you can collect more information related to the application. Applying for the job will create a job application, which is a custom post type.
4. That is possible. The listing demos are just for showcasing the theme features, they can be combined if needed. Parts from all the demos are available in the cloud library https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/All So you can for example use parts from multiple demos to build the website.
5. That can be done, you could place a menu in a row, and make a row sticky at the bottom of the page. So this should be possible.
6. All the heeders can have a sticky version, you can check them out here https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers

8. Custom fields can be added with the ACF plugin, so you can add as many as you want. HI, I just emailed you regarding duplicate license on 1 domain, i have 2 licenses, but i cant unassign the old one(which i assigned to another domain) and place the new license key.

To use a license key on a different domain, you can unassign it from the list anytime after 2024-04-04 09:06:17 UTC + 02:00.

I set up a blog using “journal” design, but I have a problem with pagespeed values.
Firstly, it has a main page size of 200kb, excluding js and css files.
Additionally, I changed all fonts to Montserrat, but it still calls up an unnecessary number of fonts as follows.

The theme will load the fonts that are used in the page, it won’t load fonts randomly. You could check with the dedicated font tool we provide in the composer https://prnt.sc/6BFmBNhFxSel It will display all the fonts loaded in the page, where they are used, and there’s also an option to change them directly from there. As a note, the Open Sans and Roboto fonts are default theme fonts, which can be disabled if needed https://prnt.sc/TS0KzDCvhbk1 The other font, Muli, is most likely set somewhere, and that is why it loads. The respective vulnerability has been fixed quite some time ago. At this time the theme has no known vulnerabilities, wo there wouldn’t be anything to fix. If perhaps the website is under attack, blocking that request is the best thing to do. It can be blocked with cloudflare, or with wordfence, or from htaccess. Can you add the same style of categories that your other theme has? is that the sub-categories in this theme are distorted and do not fit. If you add more than the limit the header gets out of control and does not adjust. and that is something that is not professional at all.
The sub-categories load a little slowly when you enter a category and that is bad. You should also add an option like your other theme where the sub-categories are automatically adjusted regardless of the category number.
and the biggest problem that this theme has is that I cannot use my website with image sizes disabled to avoid duplicate photos. In other themes I can deactivate the image sizes and I can still use the web with my 16.9 photos… your blocks can only be used if you have mandatory image duplication activated… and there are more than 14 blocks and There would be more than 24 duplicate images. There should be an option where you can use our 16.9 images and have your blocks auto-adjust to our images.

Instagram follower count and posts aren’t updating. do you know how to fix it?

We are aware of the issue. It will most likely be fixed in the next theme update. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Issues with the social counter can happen from time to time, but mainly because of modifications made on their side. Then we have to make modifications as well in the theme.

Please note that it requires using an Instagram business account, which has a Facebook page connected https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/ At this time it is the only way the theme can have access to the account and get the content and count. Follower Count doesn’t Change after increased.
1) i updated NPT to 12.6.5 today.
2) i reconnected to Instagram from NPT “Followers:12516” https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/46989822?key=4eed5346b6f99174787b97e29a3b676f3) i increased Followers to 1.3K now.
4) after deleted Cache, Follower Count does not change yet. still showing “Followers:12516”

We have tested the Instagram widget on our side, but it seems to function correctly. The correct number of followers is displayed in all our teste, with different accounts. This either means there is an issue with it very specific cases, or there is an issue just on specific websites. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. We will have to conduct more testing.
So in this case I suggest if possible to try a different method. Maybe there is an element somewhere on the website, which isn’t configured correctly. It could be a social icons element perhaps. If you are displaying socials somewhere, please check to see how they are set. Some demos come with social icons (facebook, instagram, etc. ) elements in various locations, and the links they have by default should be removed or replaced. I’ve been using this theme for the past 8 years and I completely agree that it’s the best theme out there. However, I strongly urge the developers to update the post review system and improve the user interface. There’s also a need to update the user review feature. While the current global criteria feature is good, it doesn’t serve much purpose for a product review site because every product is unique
and please also include pros and cons table in review section…....these are basic features and require for magazine theme

Thank you for your interest in our theme. The license assignment system allows the key to be assigned to two websites at the same time, usually a main website and a testing website. You could use the key on the main website and a subdomain, but a third subdomain would require another key. Please let me know if you have more questions.
