Hi ggnmst! You cannot access private support services because your support period expired on 06/22/02. When a user buys a theme on Envato Market they have 6 or 12 months of support included (depending on the option chosen at the time of purchase), after in case this private support can be renewed.

Hi, I am wondering if there’s a way to create a gallery with the option to filter images by tags or by name, so for example I create a gallery called “Cars” and then I can display all cars in a page with the option to filter only images tagged with “BMW”.

Hi nader-amer! Not sure about this request, do you need something that automatically creates an archive for galleries? If you need this I don’t think I’ve ever seen it on WordPress. Since upgrading to 2.8.12 a few moments ago, the BACKEND EDITOR button on all pages, posts etc no longer works. When you click on it, it does nothing so I cannot update any of my content using WPBakery.

I ned to replace my theme, but before I can purchase a theme I need to know that it supports key elements/functionality, as there is no trial period offered.
Which of your themes support the following?:
When clicking a post in site landing page, the post will show featured image first (the same as clicked/shown in in landing page), with text and other images following. In post, clicking image will open image (in carousel if more than one image in post) to full size/zoomable, as seen here.
I really like the Blog Masonry theme, but all the posts are without any image, and the background image is unrelated to that in the landing page, so I have no idea as whether or not this needs customization.
Also – how/who to hire for customizations? I have used codeable.io for years, but would prefer coders with extensive knowledge of your themes.

I have purchased a license on the basis of the Blog Masonry theme/layout and applying this to my site of 4.7k posts.
After installing/activating the theme, the layout was very basic, so I wanted to change layout to Blog Masonry, and selected it in the Import Demo, where I selected Single Layouts, as I have a site that just needs a change in UI/UX. The problem is that I have no idea which layout is used in the Blog Masonry demo. Please supply the layout name, so I don’t have to chose one-by-one to see what happens.
That said – what happened when I selected the Architect Layout is that the result is a white screen with no images, posts, or any content but a navigation footer in the top of the screen. I have tried to revert this to the initial layout by uninstalling/reinstalling the theme, to no avail. Also choosing a different layout changes nothing. It appears using any part of demo import for an existing site is to be avoided (yes I know you don’t recommend it, but what is the alternative?).
Please advise as to how I achieve the identical layout as per the Blog Masonry on demo page. It seems to be a child theme and layout combo that is not accessible/working for me.

To update Uncode and plugins automatically, you must have entered the licence correctly on the System Status page and check that the messages in the right column are green, as in this case https://undsgn.d.pr/i/zjnYdJ
If by chance you have migrated and imported the database from another installation, you may see the green messages even if the license for your installation has never been verified. In this case, you would not receive any updates. To fix this, just deregister the licence code and enter it again.

Excellent theme, no doubt about it, but perhaps there is a shortcoming that could be introduced, “Custom Fields in the Posts Module” When I create a post/page gallery with “Posts” I can insert the custom fields, but in some cases it would be useful to also have the labels. Example: If I use it to write details of a house, I could have “rooms : 5 ”, but now I can only have the value entered on page 5. That alone explains nothing. Greetings and congratulations

Hi, is it possible to have the scroll functionality in the sub menus when the sub menu’s height is bigger than the screen size?
I have a lot of sub categories and as the number of sub categories in the drop downs are more than what my PC screen can accommodate, a few options at the bottom are cutoff.
It’d be really great to have a scrollbar functionality in the sub menus and limit the length/size of these menus.
Hi KN66! We are sorry but this is not on option, and it’s not something we can suggest some simple codes. Anyway, if you can share the link of your website probably we can create a code to reduce the global height of the submenu on smaller screens.

in some older versions of the theme, I had the same problem and the subcategories would get cut off but there was a scroll functionality if i’m not wrong

I’ve a staging website on uncode 2.8.9.1 with these exact menus and I could scroll within the menus which would go below my computer screen. They would still get cut off but I was able to scroll them and I had a way around to limit the length of the menus once but lost the snippet. But now even the scroll functionality is gone.

A suggestion for future updates: please consider some sort of settings/work around for this in the coming updates to adjust the length of the sub menus for different screens (let’s say 70% of the page or in pixels). That would be really great.

And if possible with a tiny scrollbar for the users to know that there are more items in this menu and they can scroll.
Do you think with the standard theme menu, this is achievable?

NB. Note that when you enable this option, the default WordPress query for a specific type of page is used, and the options of the Build Query tab may not taken into account.”.
