Hi guys, i know im out of my support period but i think theres a bug/glitch on the theme.
1. When i refresh the website an image flashes before loading correctly. 2. When i hover on a product the pointer takes like a second to become a link (this was previously reported by me with no answer from the Uncode team as iv been told that you cant replicate de issue) Video attached to see exactly what is happening.
I hope we can figure out a solution. I deactivated all plugins, an the issue subsists. Everything is updated, including the theme. Website hosted on Siteground.

Hi, thanks a lot for the quick response. About question 1, it is very strange as i havent added that code, double checked on theme options (css) and personalization (css also) without success to find it, i ended up adding a backgroung-image: none !important; to fix it. But now im facing a diferent issue only on mobile… products on home page and store need to be double tapped to work. Tested on 4 different phones and im getting the same behavior, one tap is not taking me to the product, double tapping yes. Video attached—> https://streamable.com/65hf09

Hello, I had reached out to the team directly via email and was asked to submit this issue via the themeforest comments. My support subscription has expired but I am reaching out because I believe there is some sort of BUG IN THE CODE.
ISSUE: When I use the copy & paste function within my posts to copy certain rows with their content into a new post, I invariably get an additional row, with the text UNCODE-PLACEHOLDER appearing at the bottom of the post or page or content block where I pasted content. You can see this by scrolling to the bottom of many of my pages. Scroll to the bottom of my sitemap https://mbastory.builders/sitemap/ or to the bottom of this post https://mbastory.builders/emba/too-old-full-time-mba/ The only pages that are not impacted are ones where I have not copied and pasted content from another post or page. I’ve looked in the wordpress database at the content of individual posts (and don’t see the UNCODE-PLACEHOLDER text there). I can’t figure out where to look to get rid of this or how this text is appearing.
Do you have any suggestions?

It’s not a plugin – it’s the UNCODE core or one of the core plugins that is causing it. It is (I believe) related to when you copy a ROW from a post or page and place it in another post or page. Hey guys! Cannot figure out if it’s possible to show the list of current product category children as images with tiles? Don’t seem to be able through Posts block with Build Query – there’s no filter to show only current subcategories. Then there’s another block specifically for that, but it displays just a bulleted list. Thanks!

I seem to have an issue whereby my copyright text is appearing quite a way up the page and nowhere near the bottom. This happens in all browsers and also on my iPhone.
Any idea why this may happen?
I am using a custom copyright text but for some reason, it is a good 100px up from the bottom of the page and won’t centralise.

Hi there, I’m struggling (and fighting) with the Fixed Elements. In your demo (e. g. Creative Persona), with the Blend Mode Difference, it changes the color so that you can see it on black and white. But as soon as I use the demo content, it’s either black OR white, even with Blend Mode Difference. What on earth am I doing wrong? Thanks so much for your answer!

I recently updated the Uncode theme on my website, and after the update, I encountered an issue where the video placed in the hero section disappeared. Strangely, the video is still present and attached in the editor mode, and it appears to be working fine. However, when I check my website from another browser, the video in the background of the hero section disappears.

Hello michak! This happens because our wireframes have to use some images for elements that have one. So they need to exist in your installation, otherwise some wireframes would not have a correct layout.
If you don’t care to use wireframes or are willing to accept that they don’t work correctly you can add this hook to your child theme:
add_filter( 'uncode_wireframes_create_placeholders_medias', '__return_false' );

Is it possible to retain transparent header on mobile when using lateral menu for the site? It seems that the two should be able to coexist, but all headers set to transparent stop being transparent when shifting to lateral menu?
It is fine with Off Canvas also, just seems to have the transparency issue with Lateral.

Ok, I just wondered if it was a bug as you offer menu transparency when all menu types are selected, just not when lateral is selected. I wondered if this was by design or a bug as I cannot see any reason why it would not work the same way.

Hi johnvu93! Digital products are a native feature of WooCommerce, maybe we don’t have by choice of deisgn on our demo, but any theme using WooCommerce can have digital products. We can’t give you guidance because this is an assessment each user must make based on their own needs. Thanks for your help now I am able to change the button design. After some further investigation, I cleared my browser cache and cookies on both Firefox and Edge. When I try to login via the envato button, nothing happens, but when I try the manual login I land on a blank “not-found” page with a weird url including my jwt and a callback url.
Hi, please test in Incognito Mode (maybe you have some extensions that create the problem). I think you are doing something simple wrong in the login procedure or you are not agreeing to the necessary checkboxes, as mentioned other users are not reporting login problems.
