After I updated to 12.6.5, pages gave the following error at the top. This did not appear on posts, only pages. I rolled back to 12.6.4 and it went away.

Ok, for most part working but now oly issue is doctor cannot login after account created, tabs for overview and review does not work on mobile browser and admin and doctor have different templates for posting, It will be best of doctor details for user is same as admin

Doctor profile not loading well after update, i see doctor page as normal post

I checked the problem with the doctor pages. The doctor cloud template was not set, I set it back now – https://prnt.sc/HmcpuF8wkrM8 Also I set the taxonomy template for the location, specialty, etc.
But I can’t explain why this happened. The templates were reset for some reason, and they had to be set again. Something must have happened during the update, if you updated the theme before this issue happened. I would recommend increasing the wp memory if possible – https://prnt.sc/MXPmHYpK-8dT Maybe such issues could happen due to low wp memory.

Thanks, any fix for the locations, it picks up location from google map and creates that location leading duplicates.

There can’t be multiple locations with the same slug, they are different. It depends on the search made in the location finder and the selected location. According to that the theme will either create a new term, or add the listing to an existing term if the exact location is found and selected.
The Jobs demo uses companies, jobs, job applications. These can be modified, or more can be added. If you want to use this demo and you have questions, please let us know by email if possible. Same if you have any suggestions.

Hi, I cannot set the Cloud Page Template for my pages. Everything works fine for the Single Template (post) but the Page Template in uneffective.

If you are referring to this section from the cloud library https://prnt.sc/yu-WdrNOvi_I this will import an actual page from the cloud library. It will appear in your pages panel. It’s not actually a page template, meaning that it can’t be set like a post template. Its called a template in the sense of being a page needed for a specific purpose. For example you need a contact page, then you can import a contact page “template” from the library. But in case I am misunderstanding what you are referring to, please let me know.

Thank you for your reply. My problem is that the Single Template applies to posts correctly but the Page Template has no effect on my pages. I need help because with the last theme update everything got messed up and this is the only thing I couldn’t fix.

the theme hacked again find a solution please

The solution is to clean the malware. The theme must be updated to the latest version in case you are still using old versions. And a security plugin such as wordfence should be installed in order to scan the website files and fine the malware. If you want we can take a look as well, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website, admin login, also cPanel or FTP.

If the domain still used the theme, then it will not be possible to remove the domain from the key, only if the domain used a different license key or is no longer using the theme.

I have written down some features that every new theme developer provides but we are missing in the Newspaper theme.
These are the basic and most important features of a news website.
Can you please consider this in the upcoming updates?
1.) A newspaper’s own mobile responsive posts carousel/slider that swipes freely.
2.) Ability to write a live post on the website along with the live icon.
3.) Ability to insert recent posts or flexbox container between the posts article.
4.) Filter content by location-based tag.
5.) Dark mode feature (optional)

Hi, After having updated the theme to 12.6.5, I can no more modify the menu (frozen) in Appearance section, and when deactivate the Newspaper Theme the whole menu section – in Appearance – disappear !! In addition, the video background (Youtube ID), or image, does not work any more in the Content module placed on a page. Can you please help to fix the mentioned issues? Thank you

When I run Tag-Div composer – the stachethemes calendar is displayed – but not on the frontend. (the problem only affects single pages)

That code should go in the theme functions file, you can add it there directly, or through a code snippets plugin, which would be better because its more future proof. Normally if you are adding the calendar in the post template via a shortcode (if the plugin provides it), it should work. Sometimes there could be issues however, plugins can conflict with each other.
