Hello the team… I would like to use the portfolio, but without the link to the portfolio article. So how can I remove the link when you link to the portfolio ? I am not able to change any link on the portfolio settings.

Hi. I already have avada licence and planning to buy a new one for my customer. My customer wants a web page focused on services. They have many services. So, can i use portfolio post type for services? Or create individual pages for each service? If i use portfolio post type for services, will it be a drawback in terms of SEO? Or is there a way to create a new post type for services? which is the best way? Regarding to the answer, i will bu a new licence.

Thank you for your interest in our product, regarding the effect of SEO, there is no relationship between the kind of post type you use, in any case you can use ACF with Avada to create your own custom post type.

Hi guys, hoping you can help. I’m using Avada on a caravan sales website where all of the products (caravans) need an enquiry form. Is there a way, perhaps by using the hidden field on the Avada form, or another way to display the page title of where the form is submitted? I don’t want to have to create a new form for every new product. I hope that makes sense.

Its better to use a WooCommerce Catalog plugin in such cases as it’s a perfect fit for product inquiries.
If you use an Avada form, to get URL of page where form was submitted from:

Please see that you’ve added all purchase codes to your Avada support account.
You can login to your theme-forest account and go to the download sections. Hit the green Download button in front of each Avada copy, in the submenu click ‘License Certificate & Purchase code (txt)’. The text file will have a purchase code. Copy that to the clipboard.
Then login to your Avada support account on our website and navigate to:
https://my.avada.com/licenses/There you add new purchase codes, unregister a purchase code to free it up for use on a different installation, or ‘refresh’ status of purchase code to find what domain is using that purchase code. That also tells us how many licenses you own every time you send in a ticket and will also provide you a way to track down which site is using what purchase code.

Hello. I want to ask about Avada Form.
Why
If I fill in “Phone Number Field” with “text”, it will still be sent when I submit it.
I only need to fill in the “Email Field” with the word ”@” so when I submit it it will still be sent.
How to fix “Phone” must be filled in with a number, and “Email” must be a valid email address.

You can always setup the custom pattern in the field for phone that will provide an option for invalid input as well, for the email it follows standard process since the emails can be unique in nature and the only thing that is standard is using @ in them.

For the license code, you can free it up so it’ll be unlinked from any unauthorized site and register your current/new site with it again.

Hello, pre purchase question, I’ve checked Avada’s prebuilt websites and I am wondering if Avada would work as online shop with videos and photos? so digital product download only (no shipping etc) there is many aspects to this project but in general would Avada work with EDD pluging for Wordpress? It’s longtime project so I would need customisation on some stage but this is not important for now, thank you for your help in advance! J

Avada would work well WooCommerce for selling digital products. As for the EDD plugin, if customisations are involved it would depend on the type of customisation done. Avada does would with the standard EDD plugin setup

You can definitely use Avada for Arabic/RTL languages and it’ll work without issues. We don’t have a restriction on Arabic fonts. You can pick any good Arabic Google font for this for best results.
Avada is a one time purchase – good for use on a single website/project. You get free updates for life.
One license is required for each live/production website that you use Avada on. So e.g. if you need to use Avada on a second website than an additional license is required.

Thanks Ammar. We’ve been debugging and saying it leads back to fusion core/builder. Everything is updated and after deactivating the one other plugin (solid security), the issue persisted on fusion builder. I figured I’d just let your team know since I no longer have support.

The fusion-builder plugin definitely shouldn’t have a file with a name like ‘69ce1d53df.8f3’ in the templates folder. Please see that the file wasn’t added by some script/module outside of Avada.
If you’re on latest Avada version, you should only see these files in the /templates/ folder:

I love AVADA; in fact, I started my website with it. However, I have noticed that lately it has been incompatible with SEO Press. Nothing that dims AVADA’s shine, though.
We’ve observed an incompatibility between the website running the AVADA theme and the SEO Press plugin. We’ve noticed that the SEO plugin isn’t adding the correct meta description throughout the site. When attempting to add a meta description, the plugin ignores it and uses the first sentences of the post as the description. We’ve conducted various tests and found that when we deactivate the AVADA theme and install any other, the SEO Press plugin works fine. Historically, AVADA has always worked seamlessly with SEO Press. However, recently, it has begun to exhibit this issue.

Please disable Open Graph by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Options → Advanced ⇒ Theme Features. We have added a new meta tag feature that can be disabled by turning off OG tags

Hi, I’m not sure how much you’re giving away about v8, but I saw in one of your recent posts that you’re migrating elements to blocks. I am wanting to create some newsletter signup embed forms that I can drop in a blog post. In the past I’ve done this with shortcode using a third party plugin, but ideally I’d like to build something with Avada (like a global column) that I could drop in a post.
Is this something I can expect to be able to do with Avada 8? If so, I’ll hold off until the update. If not, then I’ll look into using a plugin like ConvertPlus.

You can still do this using our Avada Form builder and use it on your layouts for single posts, you can use Mailchimp that has integration with Avada forms to further set up your newsletter, more about this can be read in our document post below.

Hi, I am reaching out to request a refund for an Avada theme license that I purchased on March 19, 2024. After completing the purchase, I realized that the project for which the theme was intended will not proceed as initially planned. Consequently, we will not be utilizing the Avada theme for this project or any other in the foreseeable future.
Moreover, upon further review of my accounts, I discovered that I have been in possession of another Avada license since 2021. This prior license has also remained unused due to changes in project scopes over time. This realization has prompted me to reassess my current needs for theme licenses, leading to the decision to request a refund for the most recent purchase.
I understand that this request may be unusual, but I assure you that the license purchased on March 19, 2024, has not been activated or used in any way. My intention is to ensure that resources are not wasted on my end and to adhere to a sensible approach regarding software licensing.
I would greatly appreciate your consideration of my request for a refund for the aforementioned license. I believe that resolving this matter efficiently can benefit both parties, and I am willing to provide any additional information or documentation required to facilitate this process.
