Hi, I just updated the theme. Thank you for that. Unfortunately in one of my websites, the Qslider does not show the slide I implemented after the themeupdate. The slide is black at the moment. I have the correct license but no longer support. How can this issue be solved? Thank you for your help.

The upgrade went smooth :) I just have one issue – how do I adjust the top margin for mobile logo? It is too high and partly off-screen?

If I set the – top: 0%; in CSS the mobile is fine, but the main logo is way down off the header now :( lol

logo missing and other style issues since updating theme. I’ve visited support but my two latest license purchases arent showing in your list of ‘supported’ so I’m unable to submit a ticket. How can you get my latest two licenses on to the Help are?

Thanks for writing in! If you have a valid license and it is not showing up as supported item, it only means that you have not submitted a ticket with these purchase codes. So what is necessary to do is to enter Theme (Bridge), Theme Profile (Qode) and Purchase code, leave the Supported Item field empty and you will be able to submit a request. In that way after the submission it will be shown in the supported item after you have submitted a request.

When it comes to logo and styles, please check if you have updated the latest version of the theme and its plugins. If you need instructions on how to update the theme and included plugins, you can refer to the following article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.
