Hi there,
I have purchased your theme and I have a small issue that I hope you can help with.
I’ve moved my website from one server to another. I’ve deactivated the license and reactivated on the new website. However, when I am in the backend (admin) and when i click on a page in the pages section, I receive an internal server error. I have noticed that when I deactivate the Avada builder, the page will load. However, it doesn’t function correctly as the builder is deactivated.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Definitely possible, it was a very basic layout and you should have no issues replicating it, I had to spam your comment as it contained external link for a site that was not using Avada.

I have been using the Avada theme for the past 2 years and I noticed that the Avada theme favicon icon is not displayed on Bing search results. This is not only an issue with my website. I have checked that Avada’s pre-made website favicons also do not display on Bing search results.
I have added a custom favicon.ico file to my Avada theme header section. However, the favicon is still missing on Bing search engine results. Could you tell me how to fix it?

Hello Ammar, Thanks for your reply. I am not happy about your support. We have been using the Avada theme on two of our company websites. One website has been using it for 2 years and the other for 8 years. Every year, we update the Avada license keys, which means we have the right to ask you how to fix the Avada favicon issue in Bing search results. The parent theme is missing. Please install the “Avada” parent theme.
How is this possible? I installed the parent theme already. It’s seems that the Child theme does not recognize this.

That should definitely not happen, can you kindly recheck if perhaps you have renamed the parent theme differently or if the parent theme installation or even child theme installation is not being done properly? ie some files are missing?

Hello, we have licenses for avada, but for one of our websites, it says the theme is V7.11.4 | UNREGISTERED, and at the avada site it says it is active, how can we fix that? It also says our support is “expired”? Didnt get that, the license should be renewed every year?

Guess it’s a $50 question, thanks, I guess.
Watch your support if it expires you are on your own or pay $50 for something simple, will figure it out though. Buyers beware though see how simple this is, they will not look at it until support is renewed for basic issue. Should have it fixed today just wanted to save hours to fix it was all.

Thank you Shaminder, Unfortunately, my support period has expired and I can’t extend it at this time. I believe the issue I mentioned is part of the theme issue and its not an issue related to my website or its not about customizing. Actually the issue has not to be exist, its like, Apple company has any wireframe issue on their devices and they would fix it without charging customers as its their mistake and also wasting customer time due the the originality theme issue. Can you suggest what to do without extending support? I can’t pay more right now.

Hi, I do confirm that my website version is “v7.11.7”. Also as I mentioned before the element option doesn’t exist on the dashboard, then nothing there to enable. PLEASE LET ME KNOW where should I check exactly with detail. If you check my purchased history, you’ll see I’ve bought more that 10 different Avada Licenses which means I know where the element should be which is not there. That’s the reason of my first comment/question and still waiting for a solution. Thanks

Thanks for the documentation. I am reading the “Recommended Update Path”, but I am unable to download the instructions because when I login to Avada, I receive the following message: “There was an error when attempting to register your account.
No valid Avada purchase codes were found on that account. Please ensure you are connecting with the account that purchased Avada.”
As I said in the previous message, I did not purchase the old version of the theme and therefore I do not have the purchase code for the theme. How can I proceed?

Ok, thank you! I have a website built using Avada and I normally create pages using the fusion builder. Since a while now, I am not able to open the secondary tabs of elements and containers, such as the Background and Design tabs. I click on them and they simply do not open, even if the url changes by putting the #background or #design at the end. But nothing happens. Thus I cannot change colours and other options. What may have happened? Thanks

This could be due to some 3rd party plugin conflicting, can you try checking the backend as well as frontend builder both in this case? also kindly try disabling your 3rd party plugin and check again once.

Hi there, I previously used Contact Form 7 with Avada on different websites and am now exploring Avada form for contact instead. How can I work this using my server smtp capability or AWS Simple Email Service? Did I misunderstand the capability of the Avada form? Should I go back to using Contact Form 7?
