I have a registered purchase, im triying to reinstall the website but isnt allowing me, is saying “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.” but it is the same domain i have registered, i wont pay for support if this is supposed to work with my registered domain.

You can log into your My Avada support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/ – (Active support is not required)
Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code – https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, you can log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Avada offers recaptcha integration for our own Avada forms / contact form. For other areas e.g. if you refer to bbpress/forum area you’d need to check the plugin documentation on how to add recaptcha or use a 3rd party Addon that would add such a feature for you.

ok, but just to let you know the Manual plugin of Rev Slider on the Avada Dashboard is 6.77 and not the 6.78 as reported. 6.77 has a security vulnerability.

Hey all, I’ve noticed that the Avada Slider hasn’t kept pace with the other areas of the amazing Avada theme – when are we going to be able to build out sliders using containers, post cards, and all of the other cool things you’ve added over the last few years. The way it is at this point is fairly antiquated and I’d really prefer to use a native solution instead of Slider Revolution.

Since we are already shipping two more advanced sliders, ie Revolution Slider and Layer Slider, the whole purpose of Avada Slider was to give more of a basic easy to setup slider so adding more advanced features to it which are already available in our other bundled sliders.

Bundled Slider Revolution plugin won’t update. We get the following error on 5 different sites we are trying to update because of a reported security issue.
Slider Revolution installation failed. The update procedure could not delete the plugin due to a permissions issue on your server.
We have checked permissions on all the sites and other plugins update just fine.

Avada is really a very good WP theme. I miss a little the friend in the further development. Nothing has happened at Studio for years. New templates should appear regularly. That’s where the other top themes are better than Avada. The selection of templates is not very comprehensive. There should be more headers and footers. Maybe form templates, too. There is a bit of a lack of freshness .

Hi! I have 3 Avada licenses, but only 2 are displayed in My Avada Licenses page. When I try to add my 3rd license to the My Avada Licenses page using its purchase code, I receive a message that says “the purchase code is already used on another account.” I do not know how this is so since 1) I own the license, and 2) one of my websites is currently registered with that 3rd license. How can I get that 3rd license into My Avada Licenses page?

Pre sale question: With Avada forms, is it possible to add a refrence for a the specific page this form is being submitted from? My client needs a booking form, So if the Booking form is for XYZ party. and the form is sent from XYZ part page it will automatically add the page title to the form. So the form can be displayed on various pages and in eac instnace it will tagg or add the page its being sent from? Without making 20 form for each event page?

Hi there,
I have purchased your theme and I have a small issue that I hope you can help with.
I’ve moved my website from one server to another. I’ve deactivated the license and reactivated on the new website. However, when I am in the backend (admin) and when i click on a page in the pages section, I receive an internal server error. I have noticed that when I deactivate the Avada builder, the page will load. However, it doesn’t function correctly as the builder is deactivated.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Definitely possible, it was a very basic layout and you should have no issues replicating it, I had to spam your comment as it contained external link for a site that was not using Avada.

I have been using the Avada theme for the past 2 years and I noticed that the Avada theme favicon icon is not displayed on Bing search results. This is not only an issue with my website. I have checked that Avada’s pre-made website favicons also do not display on Bing search results.
I have added a custom favicon.ico file to my Avada theme header section. However, the favicon is still missing on Bing search engine results. Could you tell me how to fix it?

Hello Ammar, Thanks for your reply. I am not happy about your support. We have been using the Avada theme on two of our company websites. One website has been using it for 2 years and the other for 8 years. Every year, we update the Avada license keys, which means we have the right to ask you how to fix the Avada favicon issue in Bing search results. Our websites urls iqxbusiness.com and stratexonline.com
