Hi nakajox! Sorry, but we are not sure we understand the request. You don’t want breadcrumbs to lead to archiving? This, however, is how breadcrumbs work in WordPress unless you make changes. In case as told you can customise the appearance of the archive page/layout.

Hello, I’m someone who is reviewing the undsgn theme very positively. The theme is satisfying for all features, but I was wondering if one option change is possible.

Likewise after scrolling, all links and carousels drags temporarily don’t work due to latency. Is there a way to reduce or eliminate that latency as well?

Just a heads up team. I’m trying to buy your theme for the first time ( someone recommended it to me ) via ThemeForest and when I set up an account for the client and hit the checkout the account was locked – sent support an email 3-4 days ago and was told someone was looking at it. Then logged into my account ( long time purchaser of themes on ThemeForest ) and the checkout only shows PayPal as a payment option which I have never used and don’t want to use – no credit card or other options. I know this isn’t for you to sort out but maybe you could give ThemeForest support a nudge and tell them that it isn’t doing your sales any favours. I tried to buy directly from your website but was bought back to TF – will have discuss with the client today and give them the bad news that I haven’t been able to work on the site this past 4 days. If you have opened a ticket with them, I am sure they will get back to you with more information about your issue. Hey Uncode team. Since the latst update The Font End Editor is no longer loading. It is stuck on a black screen with a loader.

If I disable the Uncode Core plugin then it works, as soon as I activate Uncode Core it breaks again, any ideas?

We have reinstalled the theme (we updated to the newest version) as well as the plugins (delete and re-add from the plugin installer on the theme), so all files should be there.

Hi AipxStudio! Unfortunately, as previously mentioned, there’s nothing more we can do from here. In this space, we can provide guidance for straightforward issues. However, if a user encounters a unique problem that hasn’t been reported by others, indicating potential server/local/plugins issues, it is necessary to open a private ticket. This allows our developers to debug the installation directly.

PS: For one of the errors maybe you wrote something strange in the colour codes of the Theme Options. For example #f00 for instead of #FF0000. But here this may fix one of the warnings not certainly this cause the Frontend Editor error.

Demo Import is not showing anywhere in the dashboard !!

Hi since doing the new update I am getting a few issues and I really don’t know why. One my font has changed on the site but in the theme options it says it is the same as before. Then when I clear cache it works again but I try with a different browser and it stops working again.. Any help would be great please.

Ok, I think I have solved the issue. It was one of the plugins which was causing the problem!

The demo site for “Classic Hotel” within the demo content import is different that the demo site you publicly display here: https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/classic-hotel/. The public site has a white border around the content and a centered main menu. How I can recreate the public demo Classic Hotel site on my instance of WP? Thank you.

Hi q1websites! Please note that some Ads Blocker extensions can create also problem with the Help Center logins since they also block the communication with the Envato server. Please try to login in Incognito Mode or using another browser.

Hi Undsgn. I love your theme and have been using it on thegardensgroup.co.uk for years. Unfortunately after updating WP and some plugins, the WPBakery backend interface and frontend interface are no longer working. The backend one just shows the HTML code and I can’t figure out how to fix it. Any ideas?

It’s running WP 6.5.2 and PHP 8. Although whilst trying to find the source of the problem by activating and deactivating plugins the site has gone down several times and comes up with a “Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ”>= 7.2.5” error. Even though the server says it’s on version 8.

Hi attimo! If you have an odd issue no other user is reporting; you should deactivate ALL extra plugins and possible CSS customizations (we see you still have both). Anyway, to fix you can probably use this code:

Please try adding an excerpt length to your post block. When there is no character limit, the full content pulls through. Add in any character limit (we have 500) and the formatting disappears

Hi MetalPotatoUK! Of course this is normal, thanks for the clarification, if you use a limit the HTML must be clean and formatted or else it would break because you would have open and not closed tags. There is no way around this, you either choose one option or the other.

Hi, I am having trouble with the new updates, when I install the latest updates, everything seems to get messed up including the theme options. I haven’t had any issues in the past and I am on the latest WordPress. (6.5.2) Any help would be great.

Ok I finally solved that issue! it was the permission settings on my hosting files. But now I have another slight issue, the new version has change my menu font and also removed all my colour settings. Any ideas why this might be?

Hi, I’m having a similar problem to the user @lcderus – when I use the pagebuilder to edit a blog post it inserts a row/div after the content that just says “uncode-placeholder” and I can’t figure out how to get rid of it, never had this issue before.

I tried the single.php file you sent – it removes the empty div but it adds a bunch of numbers at the top of the page. Any suggestions?

Hi Chekon! Unfortunately we don’t have other users reporting this problem so it’s something locally. A few tips. Try to login in Incognito Mode or using another browser (note that some browser extensions like Ad Blocker can also block the communication with the Envato servers). Use the Envato login method and be sure to have checked the required options. Please let we know how it goes!

Quick question about mobile menu, is it possible to increase default width requirement when mobile menu appears? i.e. want to start the mobile menu only from devices with screen size 1024px and not 959px. What’s the easiest way to implement this? Thanks

Hi SDM_UK! As told it’s not possible to modify the breakpoint if the Mneu (moment when it changes from desktop to mobile layout) since there are too many different files involved.

After the last update, nearly all the images on my site are showing spinner icons rather than loading. I’ve tried clearing the cache, disabling all non-critical plugins, etc. If I click one of the spinners, the lightbox for the image opens and the image loads, but it won’t show in the default view.

If I disable a3 lazy load plugin, then the loading icon doesn’t display and it is just blank.

Anyone have an idea to correct this?

Anyway if you have a strange problem that no other user reports please deactivate ALL extra plugins and at least share the link so we can hopefully understand the possible issue.
