We have reinstalled the theme (we updated to the newest version) as well as the plugins (delete and re-add from the plugin installer on the theme), so all files should be there.

Ok I finally solved that issue! it was the permission settings on my hosting files. But now I have another slight issue, the new version has change my menu font and also removed all my colour settings. Any ideas why this might be?

Try to login in Incognito Mode or using another browser (note that some browser extensions like Ad Blocker can also block the communication with the Envato servers).
