I am having an issue where menu is not displayed in the mobile view. It is enabled in the appearance / menu and mobile menu is selected, although still not displayed on mobile device.

Hello, I’m using the circles info element in an Avada Website and it works fine.
As link area you can choose “Title” or “entire content area”. But I need to make the icons clickable (each icon should be an indivual link to another intern side).
Is it possible to do that and if yes, how can I make it?

Hello, for some unknown reason, the forms I create aren’t working.
When I import a template, they work fine, but when I create them from scratch, they don’t.
These forms have hidden fields with conditional logic, and I only need them to store data in the database.
When I say “they don’t work”, I mean they don’t even show field alerts; it’s as if the submit button isn’t functioning.

Pre-sale question. Can I use Avada theme on a subdomain? and create a staging environment? Will the licence for the primary website be terminated as a result?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Avada is a one time purchase – good for use on a single website/project. You get free updates for life.
One license is required for each live/production website that you use Avada on. So e.g. if you need to use Avada on a second website than an additional license is required.

I use ACF. I am just wondering how long it takes from when there is an ACF release to it being availble to update via Avada plugins? e.g. 6.2.10 is out today with a security update and it’s not available to update via Avada yet?

Hi, We have a Site built with Avada, Built by a team long ago. The Hosting company have discontinued older version of PHP and changed PHP 8.0 and above being the default version now, since then a page on the site is not working. A presale question. I’m sure I’m not the first one who asks it, but I can’t find the answer here. I’m going to buy Avada and build a website for my client. So first I install it on my hosting, register the theme, build the website, and then move that website to my client’s hosting. Will I have to re-reregister the theme or what shall I do?

I’ve purchased Avada a while ago, and my website looks good on my end or if I’m logged in. If I view my website via Incognito or if someone else views it, a lot of my design doesn’t exist and it adds the basic Avada elements to my website such as ‘purchase Avada’ at the top of my page. It even links to the Avada item listing here from clicking my portfolio items.
