Hello everyone, Does anyone knows if Avada provides the feature to create a carousel of your latest posts? For example, show the latest 6 posts in a carousel of 3 columns. I haven’t found anything in the documentation. I examined the option to create post card carousel, but again, no luck. Thank you in advance.

I tried to ask for support and it’s been a week no one answered. Hello, I’ve recently installed the Avada theme (version 7.11.7) on my Wordpress server (version 6.5.3).
After installing the requested plugins Avada Core and Avada Builder, I created a custom header and footer through Layout Section Builder to use in my Global Layout, but shortly after I noticed that I couldn’t edit them through the Live Editor like I was able to in previous installations.
Specifically, the box that would usually let me begin by adding a new container was nowhere to be seen. The back-end editor worked as usual but the updates took a long time to take place after saving my work.
Also tried working on a simple page but once the Live Editor opened the loading animation would just stay there keeping me from doing anything. From this I have to assume the Live Editor isn’t working at all.
I’ve used your products before without experiencing such problems, so I hope there is some easy fix.

Indeed seems like the live editor is not loading as it should, however that should not be the case and should not be happening, the live builder works out of the box in Avada and if that is not the case it could be due to either an incomplete installation or some other 3rd party plugin causing this issue.

Live Builder should work out of the box for Avada, however if you are not able to make changes, this could be due to multiple reasons, including other 3rd party plugin(s) or a server specific issue for which we will need to have more details.

1) Is it possible to create an exact copy of the https://avada.com/ website using the Avada theme and builder? I really like the design and layout of the Avada site and would like to know if I can recreate it for my own project.
2) Does the Avada team use their own theme and builder to create the https://avada.com/ site? I’m curious to know if the Avada site itself is built using the same tools that are available to customers.

Yes, our company site is definitely built using Avada as its core WordPress theme and yes you can definitely create the same layout using Avada and use it for your own site, however this is not available to be imported as a prebuilt website so this will require you to create it using our Avada Website Builder.

For embedding Google Reviews you might need to use a custom solution or 3rd party plugin as out of the box we don’t have such a feature.

Modals can be launched from the modal-text-link element (where you can include an image or any text/paragaraph etc) or a button element.
For columns, you can specify an off canvas in the link field – so instead of Modal element you can create an off canvas. It works similar to a modal but has many more features. You’re free to add any content inside an off canvas just like you do in a modal.

I am having an issue where menu is not displayed in the mobile view. It is enabled in the appearance / menu and mobile menu is selected, although still not displayed on mobile device.

Hello, I’m using the circles info element in an Avada Website and it works fine.
As link area you can choose “Title” or “entire content area”. But I need to make the icons clickable (each icon should be an indivual link to another intern side).

Hello, for some unknown reason, the forms I create aren’t working.
When I import a template, they work fine, but when I create them from scratch, they don’t.
These forms have hidden fields with conditional logic, and I only need them to store data in the database.
When I say “they don’t work”, I mean they don’t even show field alerts; it’s as if the submit button isn’t functioning.
