In the wordpress media section, I am able to add title, caption and description. Is there a way for me to add title and description to the image attributes? Also is there a way for me to add a figure around the image tag and add figcaption using the caption I add?

There’s no built-in solution for inserting a video directly inside the product gallery. You can search for third-party plugins providing this functionality or include a video as a separate element inside your custom Page Template for the product.

All the third party plugins i tested, no one works of feel compartible with impreza. please can you recommend me anyone you feel will work or is there a way i can add this feature using ACF? or the custom Page Template for the product you mention?

Unfortunately, we have never tested any plugins with this functionality, so I can’t recommend anything specific.
If you decide to add a video as a separate element, you can do so while editing the custom Page Template for the product

There’s no built-in solution for inserting a video directly inside the product gallery. If you need to add it as a separate element, use the Video Player element inside the template. You can create custom field (ACF) oEmbed-type, assign it to products, and specify the Video Player element to read the link value dinamically from this custom field (icon on the right inside the Link field of Video Player).

thanks i have been able to create the ACF but assigining it to products and to specify video player element is the issue I am facing, I would appreciate a screenshot on how to achieve that.
When you edit the custom field in ACF, at the bottom, you need to specify “Show this field if > Post type is equal to > Product”.
After this, you’ll be able to pick the field as a value for the Link inside the Video Player element.
Note that Video Player only supports 2 types of ACF fields: oEmbed and URL.
After this, you’ll be able to assign video link to each product, and this video should appear in the Video Player element you add to the product Page Template.

Hello, theme options no longer work. The panel opens on ‘General’ tab, but if I choose any other tab nothing happens. Theme version updated (8.23.4), WP updated (6.5.2). Already tried to deactivate all plugins without success. Thank you for your help.

Please clarify if you use code-based customizations and/or a Child theme. If you do, try removing this code or switching to a main Impreza theme while testing and check if you can replicate the issue.

Open the settings of the Row/Section element you wish to scroll to. In its Design settings, you can specify an ID, for example: “anchor”
After this, you can create a menu item with the link ”#anchor” which will scroll the page down to the relevant section.

Unfortunately, links are not available for wrapper elements. However, according to your shared screenshot, you can use a simpler layout with the Inner Row (nested Row) element and its columns instead of wrappers. You can apply a background color to columns, and columns have the link functionality available.

I need flex. The cards are sorted by buttons, and they can’t be dynamic in the grid. That’s why I chose the wrapper option Is it possible that there is some other built-in solution and I don’t know about it?

In this case, I can only suggest adding a button element (without a label) with a custom link to every “card.” Then, use custom CSS to make its background transparent and stretch it to fill the entire container.
Can I, when using rows, build the same dynamic page. Will the cards switch and rearrange when I click on the buttons at the top?
Unfortunately, there’s no such built-in feature. If I were building a similar layout from scratch, I would create a custom post type for the cards and a custom taxonomy.
It allows you to show cards via the Grid/Listing element and to add buttons to filter the list using its built-in filter or a Grid Filter element.
Hello, you closed my ticket, but it’s the same problem as before, after the update the layout is no longer ok. WPBakery is now accepted, but the layout is not right, not at all. What does that have to do with the fact that support has expired if your theme has errors?

The new version does not save the style changes, it is chaos =(
the error is in js_composer changing the version works correctly.

Bug report version 8.23.2. In Custom Heading styles are not saved. They are being applied one time, but them after clicking on editing the styles are removed.

We just released Impreza 8.23.4 which fixes the above-described issue. Please create a full site backup and update your theme.
There is no way to adjust the checkout fields? We want to add company name (which should be there by default?) and also add a extra field with Tax number. We have tried several plugins to add this option, but nothing is changing. Is this hardcoded in your theme or editable in a different way?

Our custom checkout elements use the default WooCommerce fields and add some layout and design options. Unfortunately, there is no option to add additional custom fields.
However, there might be third-party plugins that can resolve the issue. We never tested any, so I can’t point to a ready-to-use solution, but there are plenty of plugins, such as this one.

As of now, the functionality added by third-party plugins only works with default WooCommerce shortcodes for the checkout page. If it’s essential for you to have the same features working with the Theme’s checkout elements, create a Feature Request ticket. We’ll consider adding this feature in one of the following updates.

With your demo data checkout page, these adjustments doesnt work. We would like to have this working so that your custom checkout can also be used including the custom checkout fields. The plugin does work only on default woocommerce checkout page.
I encountered an error while using Scrolling Effects in Video Player. I would appreciate it if you could solve it. The problem is, when I use Scrolling Effects in the video player, it works without any problems. When I specify a border radius in the video player design section, the Scrolling Effects feature stops working. The problem is exactly when I add this border radius, the Scrolling Effects feature does not work.

I just downloaded a fresh copy to update on my site. But it downloaded 8.22 not the latest version. How do I get the latest version?
Also in the latest version have you updated Wpbakery? because I do not see that in the changelog. Asking this because Wpbakery patches a security bug in the latest version, so it’s important to update on sites also.

Tab problem: I’ve updated to the latest version (8.23.2) and you used to be able to click the text of a tab to switch tabs, but now you have to click the TOP of the tab for it to work. I thought the tabs were broken at first as I clicked the text and nothing happend! Unfortunately, I couldn’t replicate the issue in our testing environment. I assume it might be connected to some third-party plugin or custom code. Try disabling plugins (except Upsolution Core) and check if you can replicate it. If the issue disappears, activate plugins one by one to find what caused it.

Thanks! I’m afraid I found the problem. I created a new tab block and it works perfectly. All my old tab blocks that are set up exactly the same as the new tab block do NOT work. I’ll bet when I upgraded from 7.x to the latest version of the template, something got corrupted. Do you think if I could roll back my Impreza version to 7.9 I could see if the tabs work on that version? Then I wonder if I updated the theme incrementally it might preserve my tabs. Otherwise I have over 150 tabs that must be tediously rebuilt.

The issue is due to the Design settings of old tabs, specifically the margin-top = -40px. You can remove this margin and use padding-top = 0 to remove the unnecessary spacing.
If you don’t want to fix it manually in every tab, you can resolve this by adding custom CSS at Theme Options > Custom Code:
.w-tabs .w-tabs-section-content { padding-top: 0; margin-top: 0 !important; }

The good part is you can test it all for free by starting a Test Drive for Impreza. It allows you to check the features and plugin compatibility before you invest anything.
