Hi, I’m using Aelia Currency Converter plugin with the theme and it works perfectly except for the product builder… when I specify a international price as ZERO, it correctly displays the message, how can I adjust so it hides the add to cart and variation dropdown form? Here is the code I am using:

In desktop view, when you click on wishlist or cart. An over pane menu pops up and you can see your items without leaving the page or having to load another page. I need to do this when it’s in mobile view, is this possible and if not, can you please add this in the next update. I shouldn’t be too time consuming and difficult.

thank you for your replay. I never had a WordPress template before, is not ready to use, is slow, changes are not showing up and many more details that frustate me.

Before buying it I have asked if you had a preview for the admin panel and you asnwered to feel free to buy as you had a 7 days refund in place. Yuo can check commets here.

The admin panel is a wordpress, that require to sign up on many multiple plugins and is not something that i like. Plus I tried to make some changes to the demo and nothing is happening, nothing is changing, and i have no idea how to fix that.

So I bought it becuase you simply said to try it as you guys had a 7 days refund policy in place, the question is if i can have a refund please?

Hi there, I’ve purchased the theme and had it set up on a staging environment on one domain, I am now and have tried to move the site to a new domain as the company have changed this – we have cloned it twice and tested on the new domain and both times the fonts, header settings etc are not working. Do you know why this is happening, please help thanks.

Okay thanks i got helped. You guys rock!

I use CartFlows on the checkout page. The problem is that when I change the color of any part of the checkout page using Elementor, and then go to preview the changes, the changes don’t appear, and the original color stays the same!

I took several steps to identify the problem, including deactivating all plugins and checking the system requirements. None of this solved the problem. I even did something more radical. I deleted everything and redesigned the site from scratch, but unfortunately the problem persists. Interestingly, I used another topic and the problem completely disappeared. The problem only occurs when I use the XStore theme. I also cleared the cache. In short, I did it all.

Do you have a solution to the problem? I think the problem lies in the theme because everything works fine with the other themes.

I have found a solution to the issue I was facing. The “Remove Query Strings From Static Resources” option is enabled by default, and this setting causes significant problems with the proper loading of static resources. This negatively affects the design elements and functionality of the site, especially when using plugins like CartFlows.

Therefore, I strongly recommend setting this option to disabled by default in future updates of the theme. The customization options are numerous and it is extremely challenging to pinpoint the issue among these many options. Keeping this option disabled will help avoid potential problems that users might encounter, thus maintaining the quality and ease of use of the theme.

Additionally, you might consider including a note in the theme documentation indicating that this option can cause compatibility issues with certain plugins like CartFlows and advising users to disable it if they face resource loading issues.

Hi,

i am using the sticky header with your new approach of creating a header and there exists a bug.

When user is at the top of the site and opens the off-canvas Cart (XStore Cart Widget), then it is ok.

When the screen is not on the top (scrolling down so the sticky header is active), the sticky header overlaps the content inside the Cart.

I am not using any extra CSS rule on them both.
