I have multiple issues after installing the theme, its giving me a difficult time to remove blocks after importing them, it leaves empty columns area and I can’t get rid of them, I tried to see if the documentation have any help but I didn’t find anything, yes some templates looks great, but the tagdiv composer is very time consuming.. I made the purchase yesterday and I would like to deactivate and refund that purchase.

Empty rows can be removed in multiple ways.

Or by clicking the row icon and pressing delete on the keyboard.
Or by right clicking the row icon and choosing delete from the right click menu https://prnt.sc/MTmK5fUaDXaZ
These methods can be used for anything in the page, not just empty rows.

That is the code of a standard block, block 3. All these older standard blocks have been included in a new plugin, introduced in Newspaper 10. The plugin is called the standard pack. If you used blocks and templates from this plugin, please install it and activate it https://prnt.sc/_zWuQ37dmwNv Then the website should display correctly. Please try it.

I have two licenses for two domains so how can Unassign from one domain and active the other one? It say one of them after June 06 and the other one July 07. accidently two of them active on each license or do I have to wait.

So we just baiguht your theme. But we face issue with the activating lisence. The problen is this stupid envato dont downoad anymore the all documents here. we trie dmillion of times. How can we get this purchase code? Can we avtivate without it? Because whenever we try to download all files it doesnt show the lisnce doucemtn at all. Ther eis a bug in this website.

Pre-sale question, please. we love your theme. It looks awesome. 1. Do we need to use purchase code while activating it on wordpress? The reason we ask that we had three themes last week and there were issue with envato to download purchase codes. We had problems with that, it was not our fault. 2. 1. That is required, the theme must be activated with the license code. Normally it is a very easy process, the key can be downloaded from your themeforest account and then after installing the theme on the website it can be activated with the code. But in case there is an issues with downloading the code, Envato should be able to check and help. Surely there must have been a reason and an explanation why the codes could not be downloaded. Hello, I purchased the Newspaper theme and installed and activated it accordingly. But i noticed the comment section isn’t active for the users. I can insert comment from the backend when editing a post but users or new visitors can see the comment section.
The prebuilt theme i installed was the Insights AI but i again noticed it’s the same problem for other themes.
I have enabled comment where necessary but still nothing. I need help with this ASAP.

I think you are referring to the WPBakery page builder, which is a backend editor. We still provide it with the theme. In Newspaper 8 we introduced our own builder, the composer https://tagdiv.com/live-visual-builder/ which is a very capable frontend builder for pages, templates, headers, footers, etc. WPBakery has not been a required plugin since we added the composer. On the newspaper theme, I have used the login/signup widget. I aim to create a repeated audience base, where users create accounts, buy memberships, read news, save bookmarks, etc.
But the problem is that when users create an account or log in and end of the URL WRITE “Admin” they are redirected to the WordPress dashboard with limited permissions.

I don’t want to redirect users to the WordPress backend. they just log in to the account and manage their profile only from the front end.
