I’ve cleared the browser cache, I’m using a saved version of my user/pass, not email, and it says password is incorrect. I then use the same username in forgot password and there is no email being sent to my email but I get a conformation message. If I use the Google sign in, it works but my product isn’t there. Since I use 2 emails, I tried both emails and only one works. It has _google at the end of my profile name but my product isn’t connected to it.
In other words my original login seems to be disconnected from my email that I registered with and that login is what I connected my account to.

The version currently being distributed with the latest version of Bridge (30.5) is version 6.7.10.
Can the theme please be updated with the latest version of the plugin – 6.7.12?

My client has purchased this Bridge theme and we are now designing the website for them on this theme. I am using the Slider Revolution which comes with this theme.
When I try to import any slider template in Slider Revolution, it asks me to either enter the license key OR buy the license for Slider Revolution.
What I understand from the product detail page of Bridge theme, it is mentioned “Slider Revolution Responsive WordPress Plugin ($109 value) included free”.
So, I assume that the PRO use of this Slider Revolution is included in the theme purchase. Right? So, can you please tell me how to activate the PRO license of Slider Revolution?
I have already activated the theme using the purchase code. But that same purchase code is not working for activating Slider Revolution license.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
In the case of Revolution Slider, premium features do require a direct purchase of the plugin – and one of those premium features is Templates. However, you can use many pre-made slider templates which are included with the theme and you can find more info on how to import them here.

Ok, does the theme support LsCache ? The mini cart in the menu isn’t updated and remain cached empty, I try to add : RewriteRule .* – [E=Cache-Vary:woocommerce_cart_hash] in the htaccess and also woocommerce_items_in_cart in the exclusion of the plugin but doesn’t work and the cart remain empty
We haven’t tested the theme with cache plugins, however, most of the users use cache plugins without any issues.

Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.
To update Bridge theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update The Bridge WordPress Theme And Bundled Plugins. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.
This could also be caused by some third party plugin. Please deactivate all your third party plugins except bundled plugins (Bridge Core, WPBakery or Elementor, WooCommerce…) clear browser cache and check the page. I’ve just tried, same issue, OFC I Can’t disable all plugin cause I need LsCache to reproduce this issue so I kept the ones that you’ve listed + LsCache and the issue is still there
