Is there a possibility to position the video background to the top left corner? Without custom CSS I mean. It is centered by default and I can’t find any settings.

I bought this theme 5 years ago and now I want to use it seriously. In the theme management section, why does the Custom snippets section not work? I tested both main theme and child theme. I also tested every correct codes. I also disabled all plugins. Unfortunately, this custom snippets do not work.

I tested the codes by external plugins like Code Snippets or WPCode and they work easily.

I have a problem with huge bfi_thumb size. I can’t find the solution on the support forum. I am using jupiter 6 Can you tell me if jupiter 6 handles image sizes? Because if yes, then I think I can safely delete the directory. Also at the same time set image sizes in WP settings/ Media to 0, to stop preventing new ones. But that will be safe only if Jupiter 6 handles image sizes. Thank you for help. Any thoughts on the procedure would be appreciated. Thank you.

Dumb question: it is possible to use WP Bakery with Jupiter X (Version 4)? I love what Jupiter X can do, but I find Elementor very difficult.

Hi, Yes, you can use it, but we don’t recommend it because it might cause problems in the future, Jupiter X theme is more compatible with Elementor.

Hello, the theme is nice, very easy to use, but I stumbled upon an issue that’s driving me crazy: I am using Advanced Menu in the header, but the submenus are not showing on the front end. I see them submenu (on hover) in Elementor canvas, but nothing on live page. Also dropdown mobile menu is not showing. Again, it’s looking fine on the Elementor editing canvas. I googled, tried to add 99 Z-index property, but still nothing. Please, do you have any advice? Thank you.

Does this theme support the translatepress plugin?

Hey guys! I’m not sure if it’s me who cannot see where it is or if the option, I’m looking for is still currently neglected…

Compared to Elementor Pro Mega Menu’s options, in Jupiter X Advanced Menu, there’s no option to move the menu icon to TOP position, so the icon is above the menu text label; By default, the icon is set to the LEFT of the text.

As you can see, in Elementor Pro’s Mega Menu icon setting, there’s an obvious way to move the icon left, right, top and bottom.

Please, let me know if the option is there already and I keep missing it or it is something that’ll be added soon to Jupiter X.

Hello.

I am trying to update a friend’s website which I helped putting together in 2015. I realize that is a long time ago, but still, hear me out please.

Back then, it was Jupiter v4 and you apparently used a different building mechanism than the one you use now. So, my problem is this:

When I simply try to update the theme to Jupiter v6, the website crashes entirely giving me a fatal error, probably due to the ‘Jupiter Core’ plugin (when it’s deactivated, the website doesn’t crash). As a matter of fact, I can’t update any of the website’s pages either, even when running the old v4…

So, I was wondering if you could give me a heads up on if there is anything salvageable in a situation like this, or if I would have to rebuild the whole website from scratch.

Note: I am more than willing to renew the support if this is a fixable situation. Since I would be redirecting this payment to my friend and he does not speak a word of english, I would need to justify expenses. That’s why it would be greatly appreciated if we knew we had a chance of getting the old website to run on the updated theme in advance.
